Update following a negative experience at the beginning of this month regarding a monthly payment…read moreand a change in payment method; following a monthly payment made at the beginning of March, 2026, which seemed to never actually leave my bank account, BCI did a payment reversal 3 days later without any kind of notice to me that one was going to occur. I was then sent a strange looking slip of paper in the mail 5 days later that they needed payment for March, and my BCI account now has a $10.00 late fee posted. Maybe I am simply not understanding the processes that this organization uses, but the fact that there is very little communication or attempt to get me to understand what is going on here leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I have little faith in BCI.

I had a horrible experience with an auto loan from this company. I paid off the loan in early…read moreFebruary, but I did not immediately receive the certificate of title. I called several times and on May 22, they said they would send it to me that day; however, it did not arrive in a timely manner, although BCI swore it had been mailed. Assuming the title had been lost in the mail, I called several times to get a lien release letter, so as to enable me to get a duplicate title. On June 18, the company agreed and claimed to send me one; however, that also did not arrive. On July 8, I drove from Rhode Island to their office in Connecticut to pick up a lien release letter. Between that and $53.50, the RI DMV promptly delivered a duplicate certificate of title. This isn't the end of the story, though. On July 19, I received the original June 18 lien release letter. It bore a first-class US business postage stamp dated June 23 (five days after BCI claimed to have sent it), but a USPS postmark dated July 17. A few days later, on July 24, I received the original certificate of title, with a cover letter dated February 10, in an envelope with a business postage stamp dated July 22 and no USPS postmark. Thus, BCI cost me $53.50 (plus driving expenses) and several hours wasted driving to and from their office. Of course, if I'd waited, I would have received the original certificate of title; but who would expect to have to wait two months (being generous and using the date when they claimed to have sent the certificate of title; or over five months from when the loan was paid off and their cover letter was dated) to receive a piece of paper through the mail? Given the divergent time stamps on the lien release letter, I suspect the problem is in BCI's mail room; however, in fairness I can't discount the possibility that the USPS is to blame for some of these delays. I've rarely encountered serious delays with the USPS, however; and if BCI regularly had such delays with their USPS branch office, they should find a workaround.

They repeatedly assured me that I was approved and that the payment would be about $300 per month. When I arrived at the dealership, they aggressively pressured me to leave a deposit immediately. Trusting their word, I paid $4,500. Only AFTER taking my money did they suddenly change the terms and say the monthly payment would actually be $560 -- almost double what was promised. I refused the deal and requested my money back. Now it has been over 10 days, and they still have my money. They keep telling me to come back "tomorrow" for the refund. Each time I go, they ask for my card again, claim they processed the refund, and then nothing happens. I have already been there multiple times. Today I called my bank, and they informed me that the refund was canceled by the merchant. Meanwhile, my family has been without a car, my wife cannot work (she drives for Uber), and I am struggling to take my child to school and treatment because of this situation. This business uses bait-and-switch tactics, high-pressure sales, and delays refunds while holding your money hostage. Be extremely careful. Read the 1-star reviews -- those reflect the real experience. I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from this dealership.

I have banked with NFCU for years as my own little protest of commercial banks and since making the…read moreswitch I've never looked back. That's my opinion of the organization overall but I will base this review on this particular branch. I visited today with my daughter because she's been sailing coins for months & it was finally time to make that big deposit. Now I've been down this road before, usually when you want to deposit a large amount of coins the banks will tell you they have to be all rolled up first then send you home to start the tedious task but not today. I was pleasantly surprised when the teller gave us wrappers, sorting machines & a little coin holder that allows you to slide the rolls into the paper very easily. Then.... get this.... she points us to a lounge in the back with tables, chairs, a TV, tea & coffee where we can sit and get down to business!!! How about that!?!? Every time I interact with Navy Federal they surprise me in a great way every time! The staff was so pleasant and friendly. Another teller even came over during our rolling time & complemented my daughter on her saving habits! It really made her feel good.

I have bought several cars from dealerships and always felt like I was ripped off by them. Not these guys! I am super confused by the previous reviews as it couldn't be farther from my experience. My experience was amazing from the moment I walked in the door. ( The parking is a tad confusing but once you figure that out the rest is a walk in the park) The inside was sooo clean and clear of clutter which was different from most car dealerships. You can tell right away they pride themselves on what they do. I was greeted by this guy ( I forget his name) he treated me like a long time friend, I felt comfortable immediately upon his greeting. We chatted a bit about what I was looking for. He told me the pros and cons of all the cars I was thinking about. I was first thinking I wanted a bigger car than I had but we talked about what came with the bigger cars ie. they eat through more gas. He asked why I wanted a bigger car and I didn't have a good reason, so we looked at cars similar to the car I had. I was impressed by that because often times woman feel like they are pressured into buying more expensive cars as some of us aren't knowledgeable about cars. That's when I was introduced to Dave. Super nice guy. We took the car for a test drive and I LOVED it but hated the color ( I still hate the color but LOVVVEEE the car. I was hung up on the color of the car so Dave and I spoke about what else I didn't like as he thought he might have another car I'd like. Honestly, it was just the color of the outside I didn't like besides that it was soo perfect. I told him I needed time to think about it. He didn't pressure me at all even offered to let me sit in the car as long as I wanted. I decided to buy it. I came back to get it about a week later, Dave promised it would be washed ( he thought I would like the color more). There was a miscommunication when I arrived and it was not yet washed. I didn't say anything because it wasn't a big deal. But it was a big deal to Dave. He made it a priority to keep his promise and had it washed while I was signing paperwork with his son. His son was super friendly and really helpful in explaining all the paperwork step by step. I would never buy a car anywhere else! I know all the guys in there truly care about the satisfaction of their customers. I left feeling like it had been my own family taking care of me through the whole process. Thank You So Much for making this car buying experience pain free and exciting. = )

A sales rep confirmed that it was still available. I arrived in the afternoon, waited, and then was told that it had already sold 2 days ago.
