And now stuck with HUGE cancel fee, restocking fee and warehouse storage fee. If they had gotten back to me in a timely manner , I don't think that the tile would have even had time to leave the warehouse. Super disappointing. I will never order tile from this company again. I called the store as soon as they opened this morning (Tues), and despite all my efforts (included proof of contact efforts), Raul Mateus (southeast regional manager) still charged me a 25% restocking fee to cancel. I caution against placing orders here unless you are 100% certain you'll have no changes to your job. Given I made all appropriate efforts to contact them timely yet was still charged a significant fee, I won't return.
