I booked (and paid upfront) a $450 deep clean for my 2 bed / 2.5 bath town home. While Sharece and…read moreMike were initially friendly and flexible - even rescheduling due to a plumbing issue - the service I received was extremely disappointing. After spending three hours on what was supposed to be a deep clean, I later walked through the house and found multiple areas untouched: both upstairs bathrooms were dirty (with the exception of the tubs), the railing wasn't dusted, the walk in closet hadn't been vacuumed, all the floors downstairs were sticky, the ceiling fan wasn't dusted, the baseboards downstairs weren't clean. The kitchen counters were wiped but everything was left scattered and unorganized, and a decorative tree was left toppled over. I documented everything with photos and videos and sent them to Sharece. They returned that evening to address the issues, but with noticeable attitudes and excuses, even stating that detailed cleaning (like cracks and crevices) required booking a post-construction clean - something never mentioned beforehand. To make matters worse, once they were done, Mike asked if I planned to leave a low review. When I said yes, he told me if it's not five stars he prefers I don't leave one and continued to pressure me for several minutes until I politely asked them to leave. While I appreciate they came back to finish the job, the overall experience - poor quality of work, lack of professionalism and pressure not to leave an honest review was unacceptable. I would not use their services again and would not recommend them.

I called and they came the same day to come give me an estimate. They were able to clean it the same week too ( keep in mind Thanksgiving week, cleaning services are ALL BOOKED UP and they found a way to squeeze me in to their schedule ). In addition to the great job they did, they also had awesome and friendly staff. I'm glad that I don't have to shop around for the next time I need someone to clean my house. I highly recommend them. They cleaned the lightswitches, scrubbed grout, bathrooms, windows, blinds, appliances, all kitchen cabinets shelves and walls, sinks, doors, carpets, you name it. They did a full TOP to BOTTOM cleaning. They were here for hours making sure they had my new home spotless and ready for me to move in at ease. The smell was very pleasant too after they were finished. It didn't smell like just bleach or some other harsh cleaning smell. It truly felt like home. Price is very reasonable as well. Don't waste your time on another cleaning service, Well Cleaning definitely won't waste yours.

I originally booked them…read morefor a deep clean before family came into town, and by the time they finished, my house honestly felt completely reset. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, organized, and incredibly thorough. They didn't just do a quick surface clean. They handled EVERYTHING. My kitchen looked brand new. The grease around my stove and cabinets was gone, my appliances were shining, and even the small details like cabinet handles, baseboards, and light switches were spotless. The bathrooms were another level. The shower glass, grout, mirrors, and sinks looked amazing, and the entire house smelled fresh without being overpowering. They even caught little areas most companies completely overlook. What impressed me most was the level of care and communication. Cayla walked through the house with me first, asked questions about priority areas, and made sure everything was done exactly how I wanted. She was responsive, respectful of my home, and clearly takes pride in her work. I also appreciated that they didn't rush through the job. You could tell they actually cared about the final result. My floors looked incredible afterward, and the vacuum lines were so satisfying I almost didn't want anyone walking through the house. I've hired other cleaning companies before, but Diamond Standard Cleaning felt much more professional and detail-oriented. It honestly felt more like a full property reset than "just a cleaning." Highly recommend for deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleaning, regular maintenance, or if you just need your home to feel fresh and stress-free again. Definitely a 5-star experience and I will absolutely be booking again."
