A good variety of products. Prices are good as well. There's the obvious so and so day equals so and so price. But they also have individual prices on certain items as well. They are very clear on prices(the day of the week dictates it). I LOVE this place! I love thrifting, and this is the best of both worlds. We have been to this mall many times over the years, but do not remember seeing this store before…read more We walked in not knowing what to expect and were pleasantly surprised with aisle after aisle of inexpensive gifts. Plenty of toys, snacks, and jewelry or cosmetics options. Definitely a discount store worth checking out. Many items less than Dollar Tree (so, under $1.25). Surprised that they were not yet on Yelp, so we added them. Hopefully, the community will give them a chance and find some good deals like we did. This place is on our list for our next visit to the Victorville area.

He always says hi, checks in with us, and asks if we need help with anything, which really makes a difference. Tina works in the frozen food department and she is just as awesome. She lets us know when the good vegan items are coming in, is always nice to us, and has become a real friend. Employees like Richard and Tina are the reason we keep coming back to this store."

I walked in and…read moreimmediately asked the "loss prevention" employee (male with curly hair) if they had restrooms and he responsed "yes but they're for customers only" I stared at him confused because in my head I felt like I was obviously a customer since I went in knowing I was going to shop. I finally said "okay cool...where are the restrooms?". He said "well they're for customers only". I stared at him again super confused and said "ok..so I can use them?" He responds "yeah they're back there but it make take a while for someone to open them". I was pretty furious. I felt the interaction was super unnecessary along with his hostility. After I use the restroom, I proceeded to shop around and indeed walked out with about 4 bags of things after I paid. The loss prevention employee saw me leave with bags in my hands and didn't say anything like "have a nice day!" Or "thanks for shopping with us!". I'm sure he felt dumb for implying I wasn't a customer. What a joke!

I paid $500 for henna on my arm, and what was supposed to be a 5-6hour tattoo from what the owner told me before paying, he finished in under an hour. He did not refund my money and let's just say the photos will speak for themselves. I pray that this review reaches anyone looking for a tattoo because tattoos are PERMANENT. We trust these "artists" with a huge role and it's sad when they take advantage and only see dollar signs instead of being people of integrity not working on pieces that they cannot do. I wouldn't even call this man a tattoo artist, I wish I could've had him scrape this crap off of my arm when I was able to see what he'd do e and how he played me, once the swelling went down and I showered roving the excess ink. Once I voiced my disdain this man tried to charge me an extra $150 to go back in and shade it in. We exchanged words where he went in circles, contradicted himself, and lied the whole time. Claiming he has 20 years of experience and he's known to work fast and that the tattoo would have looked better once it healed. Please BEWARE! And find a credible tattoo ARTIST. Not someone that will sit there and play in your face and keep your money knowing they are in the wrong! Once again the store is called CHICANO TATTOOS AND PIERCINGS INSIDE IF THE GALLERIA LOCATED IN VICTORVILLE CA. THE OWNER AND "ARTIST/ SCAMMER," IS RICHARD. he may seem nice at first but he is a very shady person! And I will be seeing how I can get justice for what he has done. I am truly greatful to the artist I found that went in and did her best in fixing this mess he put on my arm. Which you will see hits of at the bottom because she has to finish it up. I rate this man -5 stars and I wish they had the option to go in the negatives!! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!! Might I add! He did not hand draw my sketch he traced on the back in pen and placed it on my arm then proceeded to trace the pen ink with the tattoo gun!

Don't judge a big lots by it's cover... the Big Lots of Victorville is pretty charming... I don't…read morefrequent this store front as much as I use to... now that I live in LA, but every holiday season or visit I tend to stop in as the organization of this chain and especially this high desert spot in particularly improves each visit. The selection of furniture is massive at BL VV and I believe they (all Big Lots) do free delivery as well as mattress removal and setup if you're in the market for a new/updated style of sleeping. We mostly stopped in for miscellaneous items (not so much furniture... but hey they carry that) and browsing... hoping to score some scented candles and last minute gift items for the family... got an hard plastic iphone case for my sister, some fun toys for the niece and nephews and while the seasonal holiday merch was getting to a bare minimum when we stopped in... we still managed to find quite a bit of last minute items we needed including some great deals on spices (Dill, Parsley, Ground Pepper, etc)... They also have some fun board games on sale for playing with the family and the service on the floor was almost as great as the service we received during check out. All the customers were in the holiday spirit... allowing people to go ahead of them with only one or two items. And though the BL off La Paz Dr... just off the 15 FWY.. is surrounded be a dozen businesses the lot is very spacious for maneuvering around. A dated bargain store that could use an upgrade but is definitely making up for it in so many other ways.

He was gonna have it delivered to me at no cost but since I was eager to have it that same day and couldn't wait we decided to go pick it up at the store and make that drive again.
