She was clear on how things would go about them delivering my items the day before my event (unless rain was predicted then it would be delivered. the next day). My event was on a Saturday, she stated she would call to confirm delivery the day before they deliver, so a Thursday. Then they would deliver Friday, and pick up on Sunday after the event. Everything was exactly as she said it would go! Everything went smoothly. Tables and chairs were clean and in good condition! Will be renting here again!

My husband is retiring from the military and we are having an event for him at my house the party place we originally rented our 70 chairs from is short 10 chairs. So I reached out to this company La fiesta party supplies and rental to see if I can rent chairs from them. I informed the young man that I only needed 10 chairs. I informed the young man what it is for. I also mentioned that I am more than willing to come from my house which is about 30 miles to pick the chairs up and also drop the chairs off. The young man told me he needed to speak to his boss. When he came back to the phone he informed me that normally it's a dollar a chair but because I am going to come to them and pick them up and drop them off they will charge me extra. I honestly could not believe what I heard. Let me get this straight not only am I saving this company gas and mileage. But the fact that I am willing to do all of this and load and unload the chairs myself you are going to charge me extra. So instead of the $10 or dollar a chair they were going to charge me 30. Not only was the young man rude and completely unprofessional I literally was extremely polite and just what it information. The young man was completely upset that I interrupted his day in the first place. Then after I asked if he could clarify what he was saying because I wasn't sure if I heard it correctly he then yelled and let me know that "I don't have to rent from this place they don't need my business. " Now mind you that may be true but that is The most unprofessional thing I've ever heard. My husband and I did not go to War and fight for a country where people literally are rude and disrespectful especially when you're polite and considerate. First time customer, been to a ton of bin stores, Great stores and generally great service and…read moregreat deals except for today I have family that live up in this area so I frequent up here quite a bit. I live in the El Monte area, but like I said I'm up here like twice a month. I walked in the door at about 3:15pm. After about 5 min I asked the gentleman up front what was the amount of the bins today. He stated it was dollar days and that they had a strict policy about opening boxes or packages he advised me that he had seen me do it but considering it was a zipper on a hard case he would let it slide this time if I wanted to see if I had any questions or I wanted to see what it was in any of boxes then I need to just bring them up front and he would help me he would open them up for me no problem I took his advice I took his policy and I followed it so anything that I had questions on I put it into my cart, now ahead of me in the bins was another young lady who was scooping everything over to one side of the bin with a broom and then going through each piece item by item and tossing them all the way across the bin to the other side didn't matter whether it's fragile or not to me it just looked like a customer that was having a bad day come to find out it's the owner's daughter who works there and was going to the bins to bring out more a selection of my items, I asked her about a couple items that she had just brought out and she stated she had to bring him up front to her dad so he could price them, whenever I went up front to cash out I went over the items that I did want the items that I didn't want change my mind on a couple items and then asked him if he could tell me more or if he could open this box or that package so I could take a look at them see if I wanted to purchase that item,or if they were what I needed for each item he kept telling me he was not going to open it cause it's only a dollar ite, after declining about 5 items in a row it clicked with me, that he was not going to stand by his word so I stated that to him and basically told him that he was starting to look like he was running something shady and he replied that it was dollar days it's just a dollar for crying out loud and that I needed to purchase the items if I wanted to find out more about them and that there are no returns no refunds no nothing.
