Premier Dental Clinic - Awesome 5 Stars !! - General Dentistry Near Me - Aurora, Illinois

This dentist office is NEVER on time. Be prepared to wait and for their dishonesty. They said it would take no longer than 45 min for the apt, I said I have an hour. Still had not done the cleaning for my self and 2 minors. We had to leave. Rescheduled my cleaning but wrote out my teenagers as having their cleaning done. This was not true. We called back and Rescheduled theirs as well. Huge inconvenience and no accountability or apology. We arrive early (again). We are there another hour+ before we are done. The service by this dentist was poor. I have never been so manhandled during a cleaning. Water EVERYWHERE!!! No protective glasses were given to me. Left side of my head and hair drenched. Choking on the standing water in my mouth. She was so rough during the cleaning I could taste blood. This is never an issue for me. It seemed deliberate. As though she was made about us coming back and demanding we get what we paid for. Never again. read more

The Worst service ever. They charge 120$ for just saying they don't have pediatric dentist. You guys don't see that my son is 5 ????

worst dentist ever called left message in regards to tooth that needs root canal to see if I could get antibiotics to help with the pain since they know whats going with it no one returned my call and when I called all the Dr were gone for the weekend they told me to wait in pain til Monday they were to busy to call me back today read more

Horrible horrible horrible waited over an hour and a half with an an appointment just sitting there. No one getting to let me know what's going on or anything will never come here again again do not recommend. read more

They take forever to see you! Appointment was at 11:30 am and didn't even get teeth cleaned yet and it's now 1:00pm. If you do come here plan on being here for at least 2-3 hours. read more

Terrible experience took time off work for a simple extraction with local anesthesia which I noted on the appointment online and in the form before I was called in. 1 1/2 hrs later at 3:00 p.m. the dentist pops in ask if I've eaten anything to which I replied two cups of coffee earlier this morning. He then tells me we can't do an extraction if you haven't eaten anything. WTH?? I've never heard anything so ridiculous. The reasoning is they're afraid I might faint. Never been to this dentist before no history of fainting I've had three kids with epidural.. and they refuse to do a simple extraction because I have not eaten?? I am a very healthy person no heart disease no high blood pressure no diabetes. And taking time off work to do this and it was a waste of time besides the fact that you have to wait an hour in the lobby before you're even seen. I would never recommend this place to anyone there so unprofessional read more

Dr. K is wonderful. She's patient, thorough, and very gentle. I've had others dentists at Premier and all were great too. I chose them and continue to go every few weeks for a reason. read more

Was sitting waiting for the dentist for over an hour. Appointment was at 12:30 ended up leaving close to 2pm. Seems like they only had 1 dentist in the building and many appointments. And all I needed was a school dental exam... definitely won't be coming back here. The dentist did great but the whole understaffing is an issue. read more

your appointment is at 11am still sitting and waiting at 11:40, they over book patients for more revenue

My son had an appt. at 3:30 and has yet to be called back to a room! Let me tell you that it's now 5:05! This is unacceptable by all means. Do us all a favor and STOP OVERBOOKING!!! I know that's what they do because I used to work there. They expect half of the patients to not show up but when they do, they're screwed! Staff is nice and dentists are too although they always seem to be in a rush. I might have to switch offices soon. I've given them several chances and this by far has been the worst! read more

Went in for my cleaning appointment. Was told the insurance wasnt verified and i needed to pay out of pocket. Why didnt anyone call to give me heads up? I was upset but agreed to pay the $202. I gave her my debit card and she asked for cash because her system was down. Wow really?!? So not only was i suprised i had to come out of pocket but now they need me to pay in cash? And apparently it's not "their problem" their system is down .. than whos? .. she knew the xray system was down too because she had asked soemone else if it was up yet! If you know SOMEONE is on the schedule for a cleaning and xray, and your payment system is down and need cash payments.. GIVE A COURTESY CALL! Never offered to make it right either. The worse customer service ever. Not even an apology for the inconvenience. Its AFFORDABLE dental care with horrible staff. Your unhappy almost customer - Monika V read more

Made an appointment for a client to get a full exam & cleaning. When we arrived, we were told that we pay for the cleaning upfront, then the rest *if the dentist decides we need it*. What? If I made an appointment for services, I expect to get those services, and not have them be contingent on whether the dentist thinks I need it or not. Every other dentist I've been to will provide the cleaning and exam together, apparently that's not the case with this one. read more

Avoid if possible. A got a filling by Dr. George, which cracked and started to fall down in pieces after 2 weeks. I tried to see him to have it fixed, got an appointment, went to the office on the appointment time... In summary, I was told by the front desk lady that the doctor thought there was nothing to do with the filling and he was too busy that he would not see me till who knows when. (By the way, this long distance diagnosis was made without the doctor actually seeing me and after I was kept waiting in the front room already for more than an hour.) If not by the ineptitude in the profession, this doctor must be at least ashamed of keeping people waiting for hours and then sending them away without sparing 5 minutes to hear what they want. read more

Recently had my cleaning done. The doc seemed in too much of a rush. Jumped right in. Never asked if anything was uncomfortable. stayed right at work until she was done. The work was okay. The attitude wasn't. The staff was friendly and nice though. read more

I have to say Premier Dental is one of the most professional clean organized and friendliest dental office I've ever been to. I travel all the way from the south side of Chicago to come here because of their amazing staff and such high qualified dentist. They always call to confirm your appointment. And even if you're late they still address you with a smile and get you in. But what I really need to mention in addition to the amazing staff up front is the doctors who truly truly care about their patients. I've only got was two of the dentist Dr. Shetty and Dr. Kapila and they both are just so amazing I cannot say enough about their skills you can really tell they enjoy what they do and they genuinely care about their patients. Dr. Shetty spent a lot of time with me discussing what she thought would be the best options for me to take to deal with my dental needs never did I feel rushed or do I feel like I was inconveniencing her. She truly has a gift. And Dr.Kapila who recently had to do several extractions for me was like a magician it was so painless and so thorough I couldn't believe she was done when she was and throughout the session she's kept stopping to ask me if I was okay. How impressed was I?! And last but not least I did not have any insurance and management help me with my different options. I will never go anywhere else and I can't imagine anybody who has ever gone there what ever go to anywhere else either. If you want to be treated like you weren't just a dollar sign and get provided with exceptional service I would highly recommend you give premier Dental a chance and make them your new dentist. read more

I love this place they treat you very good and the doctors are awesome I give a very high rating

If I could give no stars I would! This place is horrible!! You make an appointment and are left sitting there hours after your appointment time has past. I spoke with the manager about this and she said it was due to overbooking but this happened on more than one occasion and she told me there was nothing she could do and oh well. We found a new dentist and will never be back there! read more

I have been seeing Dr George since the last 3 years. My whole family including my 3 kids love him.He is one of the most caring and gentle doctor I have ever met. Every time I go to the office I always request him.....as a matter of fact, when I wait in the waiting room..I have personally seen many patients request him....probably that is why mostly, he is always busy..and I think he is probably the only dentist..who has been in this office long enough..because every time I go I see new faces.....I would highly recommend Dr George to all patients........!!!!!!!!!! read more

After reading the previous reviews, it makes me wonder if I was in the same dental practice. If you want a fancy office with staff fawning over you, this practice is not for you. The staff are kind yet professional and the office is a bit austere. However, there is a room with a climbing play set for children adjacent from the staff area, and a television in the waiting room. The office also offers free wifi while you wait for your appointment. I waited ten minutes to see Dr Ramya Shelty for some extensive dental work. After waiting nearly an hour and forty minutes two weeks prior for a doctor (without any explanation for the delay!) I was happy with the wait time. Let it be known that I am an anxious wimp when it comes to dentistry. I was actually shaking as Dr Shelty introduced herself to me. She & her assistant noticed right away how anxious I was and assured me that she would make my experience as painless and as quick as possible. Dr Shelty did as she promised with her compassionate care and I am very happy with my experience. I will definitely be going back! read more

Dislike their service. Way too crowded. Just to much drama at the front desk. And you have to wait about 2 weeks for them to release you after you sign a release form. read more

I have been raising my grandchildren who are 11 and 14 since the were infants. I have a medical card from the state for them since 2007 plus a letter from their mother who is in prison both giving me permission as their caregiver to seek medical. They have been going here twice a year since them, Now today, amost 10 yearrs later and a new staff up front, after the one is already being worked on, refused us because I and my husband were not the parents and we don't know their medical health and any defects they may have! Hello! They have been coming here for 10 years, I have the permission from the state to seek treatment. We had to pull her out of the chair in the middle of treatment! Needless to say I have filed a complaint and was also told they had no right to be that way! There are better places to go where they don't treat you like a criminal or try to tell you that you forged the documents etc! Worst place ever!!!! read more
