I will admit the atmosphere is cute, the staff is very nice and knowledgeable! Plus they give you free waters. BUT it's pretty pricey. They don't take insurance, so you have to pay out of pocket. Just to get a consultation alone is like $100, then with every adjustment and exam is $60. It took 2-3 days before I finally got my adjustment and that was already like $250 before I could get checked. They charge for everything, so if you got money like that awesome! I've personally been there when they have problems with their appointments. At times it's overcrowded and although your appointment is at 10:30 expect to be seen by like 11 it's usually on that first come, first serve basis even with an appointment. Plus their electric shock/massage chairs don't all work. Some work better than others which is a little frustrating with the amount of money you're paying. Aside from that I have enjoyed the services and knowledge I've gotten and I appreciate how in depth they get about what's wrong and how to fix it. If you enjoy overcrowded, overheated waiting rooms, long wait times, unhappy staff, mediocre adjustments, then this office may be for you. This was my first experience with this Chiropractors office and after 3 appointments, I am sad to report that I do not recommend them. There was no friendly greeting at the front desk as you walk in, any questions were answered in a monotone voice, during the "office tour" treatment room doors were left open while patients lay on the treatment tables making privacy feel optional. The waiting room experience was topped off with a dated, low-budget video that felt straight out of the late '90s. Wait times were ridiculous, and staff offered no apology when you ask for an update. The doctors were polite but my "adjustment" wasn't as good as expected. I went in with back pain, came out with neck pain. Doctor did not explain the procedure of an adjustment, he just assumed I knew what was going to happen. Grabbed my neck and wrenched it side to side, scaring the poo out of me. Like dude, give me a heads up before. Then on to the back, there was no "relax, breathe in, breathe out, etc. It was just roll to your side and twist and squish. Parking is also an issue, lot is small and funnels out to busy Pershing ave. Overall, the office felt overcrowded and not friendly and didn't really care. I really do not feel comfortable here, I'm not going to pay $300 a week for service like this. Please take this review with a grain of salt. This was my experience, yours may be different. read more

Dr. S is incredible at what he does. Staff has frequent turnaround, but nice girls! The massages weren't for me, but adjustment and extra therapies were a godsend after my accident. Both Dr C and Dr S are great at explaining procedures and providing Chiropractic care. Renee is knowledgeable about basically everything that goes on in the office and is very helpful. All the workers in the office are very kind and friendly. They get busy in the evening time so wait time varies but they try to be quick. They have an orientation to explain their process/services and give tips/advices for stretches. They have an in-house masseuse, the electrical pulse patches, massage chairs, neck pumps, X-Ray machines, and they are flexible with scheduling appts, provide notes for work, and accept liens. So first off, I have been to many different chiropractors in my life. Each one has always made me feel as if they didn't actually care for my wellbeing. Always more money and need me to come in every day or every other day. trying to sell me a package deal to get me in more often just to spend more money. one time a chiropractor, was trying to sell me crystals for my chakra! Premier chiropractic is amazing, they take x-rays to really see what's going on, to get an understanding of what they can't see. They are straight up with you, no BS! Explain everything and are straightforward so that you understand. They do amazing adjustments and get you back in alignment. I injured myself last year and went to the physician and they gave me Cortizone shots and wanted to give me narcotics for pain management and then tell me there is nothing they can do. I'm a recovering drug addict so narcotics are out of the question and Cortisone injections made my back worse, at least in my case. I couldn't work because of the discomfort and pain I was in. I didn't want to go to a chiropractor because I've had nothing but bad experiences, but I was desperate and my parents and friends said I should go see another chiropractor. I happened to stumble across premier chiropractic online and called them. They were able to got me in same day and all I have to say is wow!!! I complained about this to one of the doctors. - Every time you come, you are bombarded with marketing, in particular emphasizing under-17 patients. There's a big screen in every room, and there's literally no rest from the sales pitch (you can see the photo I took). I was even amazed to see that continue to be the case at the end of the video that explained what the doctor was going to cover with me re: the x-rays I had taken. The end was another marketing pitch. - On my first visit, they did x-rays of my neck and back, barely covered my hip, and didn't even x-ray my knee. I thought this was odd, considering that was the original reason for my visit. - My last visit, I was waiting for over one hour. I was told in five minutes I'd be seen. They then sat me at a massage chair for 20 minutes, in a room fitted with several of those, which is where all the people they were behind on seeing were taken to. The massage I get there was completely unrelated to the cause for my visit, so I take that this was an extension of my wait at the waiting room. Eventually, when I complained, they waived my visit fee, but it still messes up my schedule. - The same visit I was given a Patient Policies document, that I am glad to not have signed, since that last visit was the one the broke the camel's back. I had absolutely no issues with my neck, yet I got "adjusted" by Dr. Schlenger. Following the adjustment, I have now pain my my neck, which I didn't have before. I am never going back to this place! I first went to this place back in 2022 for degradation of my neck. They got me into their system and I got two adjustments and all was good for a year and a half. They wanted at the time to set me up with like 25 adjustments and really pressured me into keeping them, but I left knowing that I'll need another adjustment, but it was going to be on my schedule. So the time came for another adj., they were nice at the desk and checked me in. I asked about the need for x-rays and Dr C explained that since it had been a year and a half he wanted to track the degradation on my neck. Sounded perfectly professional. Then he said he was going to "re-educate" me about chiropractic care. Re-educate. I abruptly told Dr C that I will come in as I need, and I'm not coming in when I don't need or want an adjustment.
