If you enjoy overcrowded, overheated waiting rooms, long wait times, unhappy staff, mediocre adjustments, then this office may be for you. This was my first experience with this Chiropractors office and after 3 appointments, I am sad to report that I do not recommend them. There was no friendly greeting at the front desk as you walk in, any questions were answered in a monotone voice, during the "office tour" treatment room doors were left open while patients lay on the treatment tables making privacy feel optional. The waiting room experience was topped off with a dated, low-budget video that felt straight out of the late '90s. Wait times were ridiculous, and staff offered no apology when you ask for an update. The doctors were polite but my "adjustment" wasn't as good as expected. I went in with back pain, came out with neck pain. Doctor did not explain the procedure of an adjustment, he just assumed I knew what was going to happen. Grabbed my neck and wrenched it side to side, scaring the poo out of me. Like dude, give me a heads up before. Then on to the back, there was no "relax, breathe in, breathe out, etc. It was just roll to your side and twist and squish. Parking is also an issue, lot is small and funnels out to busy Pershing ave. Overall, the office felt overcrowded and not friendly and didn't really care. I really do not feel comfortable here, I'm not going to pay $300 a week for service like this. Please take this review with a grain of salt. This was my experience, yours may be different. read more

Dr. S is incredible at what he does. Staff has frequent turnaround, but nice girls! The massages weren't for me, but adjustment and extra therapies were a godsend after my accident. I started seeing Dr. Schlenger and Dr. Cazares at Premier Chiropractic because of sharp mid-back pain that made it hard to lie on my back or sleep on my side. The pain was shooting and disruptive. After a few months of care, I've seen a big improvement -- the shooting pain is gone, and my mobility is significantly better. Both Dr C and Dr S are great at explaining procedures and providing Chiropractic care. Renee is knowledgeable about basically everything that goes on in the office and is very helpful. All the workers in the office are very kind and friendly. They get busy in the evening time so wait time varies but they try to be quick. They have an orientation to explain their process/services and give tips/advices for stretches. They have an in-house masseuse, the electrical pulse patches, massage chairs, neck pumps, X-Ray machines, and they are flexible with scheduling appts, provide notes for work, and accept liens. I had a appointment at 4pm they didn't even give me my paper work until 4:45 45 mins after my appointment they gave me some bullshit tour which was a complete waste of my time even after I got done with my paper work 5 other people who came after me was seen and left before me. When i first visited here it was 7yrs ago. Had consistent appointments (2-3 times a week) getting adjusted for months... recently started going again... they still had my old x-rays from my first visit (terrible alignment) compared to now... i am only scheduled 1x a week now because my alignment isnt bad but ive been hurting. So them showing my before and after in 7years and my alignment still looking a lot better than my first visit tells me a lot. This is the oddest setup I've experienced in a chiropractor's office (If you can call it that). I can only assume anyone who has given this business any favorable reviews, has been compensated for their words. I asked about having my insurance billed and was told they only do that on the second visit. When asked why not the first, they couldn't give me a straight answer. I can see why they aren't BBB accredited and why the Dr has actually had his license revoked for a period of time for malpractice. Do your homework (wish I had) and stay away from this business that feels more like you're buying into a timeshare. read more

I first went to this place back in 2022 for degradation of my neck. They got me into their system and I got two adjustments and all was good for a year and a half. They wanted at the time to set me up with like 25 adjustments and really pressured me into keeping them, but I left knowing that I'll need another adjustment, but it was going to be on my schedule. So the time came for another adj., they were nice at the desk and checked me in. I asked about the need for x-rays and Dr C explained that since it had been a year and a half he wanted to track the degradation on my neck. Sounded perfectly professional. Then he said he was going to "re-educate" me about chiropractic care. Re-educate. I abruptly told Dr C that I will come in as I need, and I'm not coming in when I don't need or want an adjustment. I know it's all about money, but to kick me out of the practice because they were only going to see my every couple years is very telling. read more

I complained about this to one of the doctors. - Every time you come, you are bombarded with marketing, in particular emphasizing under-17 patients. There's a big screen in every room, and there's literally no rest from the sales pitch (you can see the photo I took). I was even amazed to see that continue to be the case at the end of the video that explained what the doctor was going to cover with me re: the x-rays I had taken. The end was another marketing pitch. - On my first visit, they did x-rays of my neck and back, barely covered my hip, and didn't even x-ray my knee. I thought this was odd, considering that was the original reason for my visit. - My last visit, I was waiting for over one hour. I was told in five minutes I'd be seen. They then sat me at a massage chair for 20 minutes, in a room fitted with several of those, which is where all the people they were behind on seeing were taken to. The massage I get there was completely unrelated to the cause for my visit, so I take that this was an extension of my wait at the waiting room. Eventually, when I complained, they waived my visit fee, but it still messes up my schedule. - The same visit I was given a Patient Policies document, that I am glad to not have signed, since that last visit was the one the broke the camel's back. I had absolutely no issues with my neck, yet I got "adjusted" by Dr. Schlenger. Following the adjustment, I have now pain my my neck, which I didn't have before. I am never going back to this place! Luego me sentaron en una silla masajeadora por 20 minutos, en una sala con varias de esas sillas. El masaje que recibí en la.silla no tenía nada que ver con la razón de mi visita, por lo que me di cuenta que esta es una extensión de la sala de espera. Me quejé, y me atendieron ese día son cobrarme. - En la misma visita me presentaron un documento de políticas para el paciente, que me alegro de no haber firmado, porque esta visita rebozó mi paciencia. This place is wonderful! I initially came in to be seen for an injury from working out at the gym 3 and a half years ago and Dr C, Dr S, and their Saturday doctor, Dr Swanson were so helpful and informative of health and chiropractic. After my injury I continued my care and found out I was pregnant then was able to get care from the office and staff throughout my pregnancy. I'm currently 20 weeks pregnant and I have felt just as good as I did when I was all healed well after my injury. Called this place and they gave me appointment same day. Great news! I can finally get the process going to recovery. First visit was great with lots of info, X-rays done, and will need 2nd visit to go over results and get my 1st adjustment. Made 2nd appointment and was told the first visit is $150!!! No one told me the first visit is out of pocket! Came back for 2nd visit with them telling me they're out of network meaning I have $1000 deductible and after that visits are only covered we 70%! Why wasn't this something they did before I was seen? Waste of time and money. So make sure they're in network before you go because obviously they don't do this until after your first visit AFTER paying $150!!! read more
