I had been experiencing neck and shoulder pain for about a week. I woke up the other morning and could barely move my neck. I called Smallie and they got me in same day. When I got there, there were a bunch of people but they worked through them fairly quick. I met the Dr and he was really kind and funny like dad joke funny. He asked what areas I was having issues with and made the adjustments. I was a little sore the rest of the day but when I woke up the next day, I was great! 95% of my discomfort had subsided. Highly recommend! They will work with you without insurance as well. They're not covered by Kaiser but I would still see them. read more

This office might be busy, but I was still a potential customer. I was scheduled an appointment and they couldn't find me and then they tell me that I needed to get an approval from my primary care physician. I wish they would have told me in the beginning. The front office staff was not pleasant. In fact they were very rude especially the woman that had her face to the computer. read more

Smallie Chiropractic scheduled me quickly for a very stubborn and crippling chiropractic issue. After the first visit I saw substantial improvement. Very impressive! I expect the matter to resolve by the follow up visit or to be resolved at the follow up. I would go to Dr. Smallie again for any and all chiropractic care. read more

Amazing front office & back office experience. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. I felt instant relief on my first visit and will be coming back for following appointments! Dr. is very thorough on what care he is giving and why. Which for someone like myself who is anxious , the experience was on of a kind!Highly recommend! read more

Love this place. Dr Smallie is an amazing guy and knows his stuff. He works with you and doesn't just do a standard adjustment for everyone, he makes it very individualized and targets the areas of pain more than any other chiropractor I've been too. Also his office staff are so great! They make everyone feel welcome and will chat with everyone and just give off a very caring and supportive vibe. Highly recommend to everyone and will even be taking my son in. read more

Best Chiropractic around. I've been going to him for 12 years. I've recommended other friends and they all agree.

Dr. Smallie knows his profession with no BS. He's able to pinpoint treatment with no waste of your time. I've always had a painless adjustment from him. read more

Greediest and most unprofessional old man I've ever met. He will have you waiting 30+ minutes even if there's no one in the waiting room, come to find out he's in the back on a personal phone call. If he doesn't like you he will make it clear. He will pretend you aren't there. He also steps out of the room in the middle of your PAID FOR, TIMED APPOINTMENT to answer his cell phone. I've even heard him talking about me to another client in the hallway with me sitting in the waiting room full of people -embarrassing. I was treated by him after a car accident. I let my lawyer know about his behavior who asked him for a discount due to the mistreatment I was getting, and he only took $300 off my $3000 bill. Unbelievable. read more

I have been seeing Dr. Smallie for all my Chiropractic needs for almost 20 years. Everything that he's ever done has helped me tremendously. I had carpel tunnel surgery, he helped my hands after the physical therapy. I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, and most of mine was Myofacial, which is painful, muscle spasms, and he's always been helpful with that. I started doing a little better, then I was rear ended in my Honda Civic by an SUV. He's been a God send! It happened just a month ago, but the difference that's been made gives me hope that this to will pass. His office staff is great! Christina takes care of things and Tricia does Massages. This is an office you can feel comfortable in. You can joke with them, if you'd like. So it's comfortable. They have known me for quite a while. But I recommend them highly! read more

I've always been hesitant when it came to a seeing a chiropractor. Growing up i had always heard that if someone cracks your back/neck incorrectly, you could end up forever paralyzed. When I met Dr. Smallie, it was as if he could sense my fear and immediately related to my concerns thus taking "baby steps" w my treatments allowing me to trust him and eliminate my fears. Dr Smallie; AMAZING 100% A++ Extremely Gentle and Compassionate about his work and his clients ;) Thank u again Dr. Smallie ;) read more

Staff is superfriendly. Doctor Smallie is friendly, honest, and actually listens to your concerns. I highly recommend even after one visit.

Dr. Smallie is personable, accommodating and will have in-adjusted-out and feeling great in no time!

I went in for a recent injury, having never been to a chiropractor before. Dr. Smallie had a friendly, encouraging demeanor, but he didn't seem interested in listening to my family history or anything of the like. The procedure felt rushed... I spent more time filling out paperwork in the lobby than in the backroom being 'tweaked'. Overall I did leave feeling slightly more mobile than I came in, but was still experiencing the symptoms I came in for. I was given a couple 'suggestion' handouts in lieu of dialogue and was quickly penciled in for a follow-up that I will be cancelling. If you're looking for a 'bone-cracker', he's effective at that, but he didn't suit my particular needs. read more

I have been seeing Dr Don for over25 years and he has helped me get through some really tough times. He has always been there for me when i need him. He is a very compassionate man and really cares about the welfare of his customers. I can't say enough about Dr Don Smalley. He treats every person that walks through his door with the same respect and concerns to help them get health again. I would recommend anyone who needs chiropractic treatments to see Dr Don. I went through four or five different chiropractors before I went to Dr Don that's how I found him he was next on the list and I have not had to go to another chiropractor since then . He is the best. read more

Dr. Smallie and his staff are very competent and friendly. He is especially good with older people who cannot tolerate the high velocity techniques. It is fairly easy to arrange appointments. He has a massage therapist on site that compliments his total therapeutic approach. My chronic back pain is significantly better. which of course makes me a little less grouchy. read more

Great service and took me in the very same day!! I can say I didn't have to sleep on my several pillows for comfort!!!

Staff is super friendly and kind. I had been going to another chiropractor that made me go twice a week every week even though I kept feeling worse. I decide to make a change and I found dr Smallie. One visit, he got me right. Felt better than I've felt in years! Went to my second visit and now I might be done. He doesn't want clients. He really wants to help and get you out, that was a refreshing approach which I definitely appreciate. Highly recommend him if you're in need of a good chiropractor read more

He's the best and very friendly.. I've never been to a chiropractor before Dr. Smallie comes to our drive thru sometimes and one day I asked him what he did and he said he fixes people, and I said what do you mean and he said he was a chiropractor. Then he gave his business card, I was hesitating but my back and neck was hurting for over 20 years then I finally made an appointment, best decision I've ever made. Thank you Dr. Smallie. read more

I woke up with such bad neck pain I couldn't go to work. I did a quick google search and called Dr. Smallie. The office wasn't open and it sounded like his personal voicemail so I hung up. A few minutes later he called me back and told me to come on in. He quickly adjusted my neck and I felt some relief right away. I went in today for a follow up and another quick crack. He is kind and professional and would recommend him to everyone! read more

Dr. Smallie is an awesome chiropractor. He's a very genuine and compassionate person and it shows in his practice. I appreciate his openness and witty character. When it comes to his treatments, they're effective and healing. I know when my body's telling me it's time for an adjustment. I come in and leave instantly relieved. Dr Don Smallie is a nice guy with great chiropractic skills, knowledge and experience. His receptionist is always nice polite and friendly too. This place will go out of their way to allow you to make appointments on a few hours notice, which can be a life saving effort if you have a bad spasm. Dr. Smallie uses a combination of manual manipulation the clicker thingy, and a laser that's supposed to help break up inflammation. The best part is he won't put you on some type of schedule, if you have an issue you come in Dr Smallie takes care of it (usually in about 3 visits for me) and then you call him if and when you have another issue. read more

I was seeing my physician for 2 years with severe knee dropping headaches. My husband was injured at work Feb 7th 2017, and due to a misdiagnosis from his employers insurance provided doctor, he was in a constant state of high pain until his first adjustment with Dr. Smallie. Since that date, my husband tells me every week that he believes his recovery is heading in the right direction. More telling, is that he feels the difference in range of motion and standing pain when he misses an adjustment session with Dr. Smallie, and is now attending two a week. The office is clean, easily accessible, and close to my home in Stockton. Lastly but most importantly is that you will understand your injury with Dr. Smallie, he has diagrams and charts as well as model spinal columns which offer detailed views of the various different parts. His treatments are quick but effective and the electro stim machine is the best he has been hooked up to. So far the experience for him had been 5*, if it changes I wilk update my review read more

Dr Smallie is a one of a kind. It's so hard to find a provider that isn't just about the money, but someone that actually cares about their patients. He is so flexible as well! He will go out of his way to schedule you and make sure you're taken care of. I see him in the evenings and he walks his female patients out to their vehicles to make sure we get there okay. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and being sincere just seals the deal for me because it's a rarity now days. I am so thankful to have found Dr. Smallie! read more

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Smallie for years now, off and on when we have sporadic pains of any sort. We rarely have to make more than a couple visits, most of our problems being resolved in one visit. I appreciate his down to earth manner, and his motto "if it ain't broke don't fix it". I hate knowing so many people go to chiropractors who insist they make multiple visits as standard follow up when there aren't any symptoms. Dr. Smallie will make follow up appointments to continue treatment only if necessary and he and his staff don't get bent out of shape when you call to cancel the follow up because the pain is gone. I like that he does the job quick, and well. He is readily available if there is an urgent need to see him, which is outstanding service in my opinion. I once had a bad sprain in my wrist which I wasn't sure how I got, but it was intolerable to put any weight on my wrist, Dr. Smallie was working late in Lodi and was willing to take me last minute to make an adjustment where he could, and it was amazing how it helped! Dr. Smallie has been doing this for years, and just knows what needs to be done. I've never had an issue with Dr. Smallie and highly recommend him to anyone I think he might be able to help. I'd add more stars if I could. read more
