Now keep in mind we are still dealing with COVID-19 so many medical offices are working on tight restrictions for new patience. Here is the bottom line. I hurt my back moving heavy objects and being a fool while doing it. Dr. Crystal was able to fit me in during what I believe would have been her lunch hour to help relieve my pain. Not only has she alleviated my pain, she has taught me how to properly stretch, and prepare when doing things I don't normally do such as moving a dresser upstairs. She treats the body as a whole, not just the problem area. This creates a whole body healing allowing all aspects of the body to work together to prevent injury or aggravation. I highly recommend Dr. Crystal In addition I believe the receptionist is Megan, I hope I spelled that correct and have the correct name. She is extremely helpful and diligent when it comes to insurance and telling you what and if anything you will owe for services. If you need a chiropractor, or just want to feel better overall by having your body aligned and learning how to prevent injury Dr. Crystal is certainly the doctor to see.

I've had one knee replacement & was bone on bone in the other knee & my leg was so badly deformed from a collapsed knee, I was in constant pain. I couldn't put weight on that leg & could hardly walk. My knee would buckle on me constantly. I felt like I was facing a future in a wheelchair. The program consisted of 3 platelet rich plasma knee injections, using your own blood & an umbilical cord stem cell injection to help regrow your knee cartiledge. They used a heel wedge in my shoe to shift the bones & straighten my leg. Well a little over a month out, I have to say I am super impressed with the results so far & it could still take up to a year for the cartiledge to completely regenerate. My leg is significantly straighter & I have so much less pain. Almost pain free at times. So much better than my surgically fixed knee that still hurts. I'm walking faster, able to start putting weight on it climbing stairs & able to work out with ankle weights on. Something I haven't been able to do in years! In just over a month!!! (It took me almost a year to recover from my knee replacement.) So Thank you Michelle Dace & everyone at Discover Medical!!! I have had really miraculous results! It gets better every day.

Came in on a Groupon, $35 for a one hour massage. They had another Groupon offer for $55 for two 60…read moremin massages, which was sold out. They have a monthly massage program - $70 for two 60 min massages per month (autobilled to your credit card), which they try to upsell you on and spend most of the massage time talking about. Once that spiel is done, they give you a nice long talk about how you need a chiropractor. The masseuse never stops talking while you are getting the massage. It is not relaxing. At all. What else? First, they don't like the Groupon crowd - there are signs in the front, and in the bathroom that Groupon and R&R customers need to tip based on a $80 massage value. Which is effectively 50% of the price they are charging for the Groupon and the R&R package. This seems very unreasonable to me, particularly because the massage quality is so poor. Second, my massage did not start on time - mine started 17 min after my appointment, and ended 7 min early. No apologies, just the masseuse kindly offering to shorten my (prepaid 60 min) massage if I need to be somewhere. Thanks so much, Maggie. I told her I could stay the full hour. Still didn't get 60 minutes out of the masseuse. I mentioned the shortchanging of time to my masseuse and was told that the massage starts when she walks in the door. No. Never. The massage starts when the masseuse puts her hands on you. Third, the masseuse does not listen to your requests to focus on a certain area or increase pressure. My masseuse (Maggie) basically just applied lotion to my skin for 45 minutes and called it a day. All in all, I cannot recommend this place or the masseuse Maggie. My massage was horrible, the masseuse nonresponsive. I ended up going home feeling worse than I felt coming in, with more kinks in my neck and shoulders (which I asked her not to touch, and to focus on just my feet and legs). That has honestly never happened to me before. If you have to get a massage, this place is about the quality of those Chinese foot massage places (that are actually full body clothed massages) that cost $30 for an hour. You get what you pay for, I guess. Other reviewers have raved about Veronica. This review is not about her. From my experience, though, all I can say is -- avoid Maggie!

Dr Ryan and his staff because of their genuine care and the services they provide have worked wonders and are always on top of new and cutting edge treatments. That so far for me have worked wonders in pain management. Keep up the great work!!! Need more than 5 stars!!! After over 2 years of going to specialist after specialist to find out what is causing my chronic pain I reluctantly went to Straight Up Spine because I've always been afraid to go to a chiropractor Dr Ryan gave me diagnosis after just one office visit and one X-ray combined with the stack of reports, mri's and ct scans. I've now been seeing Dr Ryan for several weeks and he has taken me from bad days and worse days to bearable days and bad days which I consider a huge improvement in such a short amount of time and with each office visit there is a noticeable improvement. I cannot say enough good about Dr Ryan and his staff. They are taking my paiaway from me and even though I pay for their service I owe them a debt I will never be able to repay. It's going on a year since I've found Dr Ryan and my days are getting better and pain manageable. I always feel better leaving his office and usually leave with newly gained knowledge from Dr Ryan on how to manage my condition and pain. Today was no exception, getting more aggressive in my treatment but that shows me he is on top of my treatment plan. Again I say I can't say enough good about Dr Ryan and Jenna in the care I'm given.
