I went to Scott Chiropractic with back pain. Dr Scott was nice and gave me a consulation and the price was $95. The price wasn't unreasonable since my insurance wasn't kicking in for another 3 weeks so I had to pay out of pocket. I paid the bill in cash that day but never sought their services again. 9 Months later they sent me a bill saying my payment was outstanding. When I called they stated they never received payment. I asked if they never received payment why it took so long to get me a bill? They said they were forwarding everything to my insurance and my insurance didn't pay for anything so now they are billing me. When I told them I never had insurance at the time the rep then started saying it was a system issue and she doesn't know what happened because she wasn't around then it was another lady. I then said wouldn't the office make me pay the day services were rendered since I didn't have insurance? She said yes that is typical but she doesn't know why that didn't happen (thats because I paid!) Long story short for an error they made they are asking me to produce a 9 month old receipt for 1 hour of service to pay a bill I already paid. Wouldn't recommend a place this inept with my back or ailment. read more

Amazing!!!! I was referred to Dr. Scott by my sons orthodontist a few months ago. I had never been to a chiropractor before and to be honest was scared of going. However, for several months I was experiencing a lot of neck and back pain and it was to the point I could not even turn my head without pain. As a police officer, it was all I could do to put my equipment on and go to work each night so after speaking to Dr. Scott on the phone I decided I would see what he could do for me. Dr. Scott was so welcoming and what I liked most is that he made me feel at ease. After leaving his office on the first visit I was amazed...no neck or back pain. I followed up with him for a couple weeks and the best part was he gave me exercises to do which have really helped! He also called me to see how I was doing. My family has seen Dr. Scott for years. When my daughter was very young, she was having issues with her hearing, and her pediatrician suggested we have tubes inserted. I have been with Dr. Scott for 7 years and continue to go visit him even though his office is out of the way from where I live now for the past 2 years. He cares very much about his patients and listens intently. I even recommended my Mother to visit him and she is very picky when it comes to Doctors. A little over a year ago, at age 63, I could barely get out of bed due to back pain. I competed regularly in CDGA and USGA amateur golf events up too this back issue. Pain made it impossible to enter any longer! Additionally, I was a pistol shooter competing in USPSA events. All stopped and feeling like crap most of the time. Regrettably, resolution of Joanne's billing concerns took too long, but after numerous emails, calls and a personal call to the Director of Provider relations; Joanne's issue was resolved. Once the matter was resolved Joanne's total cost for services was 56.24. We apologize for the confusion which was created however; these things often take time to resolve. We could not be happier with Dr Scott. My son has been to several medical and chiropractic doctors in the past 8 years and his lower back pain persisted through the adjustments and therapy. I used to go to Dr. Scott a few years back. I am not sure why I stopped going but recently i had some real pain in my neck which caused many sleepless and uncomfortable nights. Dr. Robert Scott is an extremely knowledgeable and approachable Doctor of Chiropractic medicine who also specializes in sports medicine. I had a debillitating bout of low back pain and was able to get in immediatley and had my issue diagnosed as a locked right sacroiliac joint.
