We remember that she even asked us if we are excited to plan our wedding, which no other planners asked us! She didn't brag about what big names she had worked with or try to impress us by going over the top with her accomplishments - she was honest and straight to the point about her style of planning and what we could expect. We knew very quickly that she was the one with whom we wanted to work. From the beginning, Charity made us feel at ease and confident about our wedding. She answered emails in a very timely fashion with detail and encouragement. We actually ended up increasing our package with her to the next tier up. She was able to work with our budget when we decided to upgrade which was very considerate and kind. We really appreciated that! We also really appreciated her strong connections within the New England wedding planning community. She clearly has worked hard at networking and building strong and positive relationships with other vendors. Charity utilizes a great planning platform that was easy to use and fully integrated with her planning style. We were able to use it to help organize our own thoughts and notes while providing insight for her as well. It was useful for us every single time we worked on the wedding! Throughout the entire process charity brought a sense of confidence, strong professionalism, joy, and energy. When we met her for site visits she was incredibly professional and diligent and prepared. She made sure to follow-up on things that needed to be addressed and always made sure to close the loop on things left open. When our wedding weekend finally arrived, we had talked through different circumstances with her in case of emergency -- how we would want things handled if certain things arose or things went sideways. It was really helpful to have talked about those things with her beforehand so we were all on the same page. The morning of our wedding we did have some unexpected things come up and Charity handled them with grace and confidence. She was flexible and adaptable. She didn't make us feel bad or guilty when things went sideways. During the wedding itself, she went above and beyond. She was on top of everything and made us feel so calm. She had a smile on her face and was helpful answering our questions about timing. The entire day went smoothly because of her!
