My car was towed here by my insurance company after an accident. The car was NOT owned by COPART…read moreand they continued to damage the car even further. My personal belongings were taken, my license plate ripped off the car, grease and mud all over the inside of the car (all of the accident damage was external ONLY). Once I came to get my personal belongings, the fork lift operator was pushing the 4WD around while in gear to move it. My ignition was broken and a myriad of other things that were broken, damaged or taken. Avoid this location at all costs and make sure that your insurance company knows what goes on here. FIGHT for the value of your vehicle with your insurance company as the further damage this location does will be added in and potentially making the outcome that the car is a total loss. Some prefer that, some don't. Be aware of the shady stuff at this location.

Place is a joke. They sell bs running cars. After you put your deposit down you cannot scan them…read morenor drive them in the lot and they will not refund you your deposit.All the people there have attitudes and don't know how to do their job. You have to wait hours in line for paperwork or come at a certain time, they will not help you outside of those made up hours even if the doors are open for business.There's no sense of urgency nor Customer Service. They also make you pay $85 for plates, no matter what even if you bring a trailer to pull it. If I could give 0 stars that's what this rating would be. Highly recommend not to buy anything from this place.
