Like others, American Home Shield sent them out to repair my washing machine. They said they needed to order parts. Parts came they replaced it and it still was making noise. On top of that it would not spin the water out of my clothes. They come back out and replace the part and this time breaks something and now i can't use the machine at all. Tech came out and listened to my dishwasher, said there was glass blocking the drain pump and that the whole thing needed to be replaced. After American home shield denied the claim for repair, I opened the drain pump and pulled the glass out and my dishwasher works perfectly fine. I was quoted $375 for this fix by the way. read more

Started out as an amazing experience. American Home Shield assigned premier to look at my washer machine, tech was assigned same day and made it to my house at the end of their ETA window, was able to diagnose the fault rather quickly, super knowledgeable. Told me we'd be waiting a couple weeks for the part; whatever. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Couple weeks later, checking the AHS dispatch page shows the part was delivered 6 days after they diagnosed the washer. Call to schedule repairs, voicemail.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Next week I give them a call, voicemail. calling every day of the week at different times within hours of business, No response.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I go to look up their address to pop in; their address is the Pasadena post office. I double check the tracking number on the dispatch page, the part was shipped to a residential address, probably the owners house. No way they wouldn't be aware that my part has arrived. One of the worst company who works with home warranty companies to take hard earned customers money for false diagnosis reports. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I filed claim through my homeowners warranty they sent this company first i was calling them almost every day and left multiple voicemails to setup schedule they wont answer nor callback i ended up reaching out to warranty company to call Premier Appliances and setup schedule or change company they ended up reached out and setup schedule.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Their tech cam yesterday i told him 1 burner is completely out and rest 3 not heating properly he took a picture for the serial number and turned on all 4 burner to diagnose he told me all 4 regulators needs to be replaced and 1 burner he will reach out to warranty company which is 2-10 and they will give me call with in 24hrs and took $100 deductible cash and told once its approved by homeowners warranty company 2-10 they will call for repair schedule then no deductible at time of repair. i just received a call from warranty company 2-10 denying claim based of the diagnosis sent by Premier Appliances which tech stated unit was down before warranty period starts which was completely wrong and how the hell tech know it was down 2 months ago since my warranty started at same time. Actual burner went down this month couple days before i filed claim through warranty 2-10. My point is insurance companies and this company works together to cheat homeowners. Very SHADY company. BEWARE! American Home Shield sent this crooked company to my home to diagnose an issue with my fridge. The tech told me that the noise coming from my fridge was due to a motor issue. He never reported that issue to AHS and they denied the claim. This company is the best for appliance repair. I had Chesapeake Appliance Repair check out my dishwasher and he said it was the mother board. I waited two weeks for them to get the part and when he installed it, the machine still didn't work. He said he would get back to me, but they never did, so Premier came in. It was a grounding wire that had come disconnected and took 15 minutes to fix and minimal cost. GREAT JOB. read more

If I could give them a 0 I would. I was referred to them through American Home Shield which confirms they don't choose reliable contractors. The shocks on my washer are clearly gone and they informed us they'd submit to AHS for parts and return for repairs. That was three weeks ago. When I contacted AHS the ticket had been closed. They reported it as a mechanical failure but ordered no parts to fix it. Sounds like this contractor and AHS are in cahoots to not pay for warranty repairs. read more

Premier Appliance was great in July 2022 so we specified w/AHS their return in Sept 2023. They diagnosed the problem in 20 minutes & fixed our ice-maker in less than an hour - yes, the part was on the truck (which they must have resolved, reading prior reviews). I also have American Home Shield (AHS). They sent Premier Appliance to look at my washer and dryer. The repairman was here 5 minutes and determined the dryer was fine, but the vent needed to be cleaned. The washer's lock was broken from someone slamming the lid. No one slams the lid. I'm the only one using the washer. The report was written up that the repair was necessary due to abuse. AMS has denied the claim. I've called Premier Appliance 5 times, left the required information to get the repair completed and no one calls me back. read more

Since I complained, the company has been responsive, forthcoming, and the technician (Matt) came to our house today, was knowledgeable and professional, and fixed the freezer. I submitted my 1st claim with American Home Shield on 12/12/18 to repair an issue with my stove. AHS subcontracted with Premier Appliance Repair LLC. Premier attempted to repair my stove and left my home smelling strongly of gas (after washing his hands over my dishes that were in my kitchen sink and using a paper towel, without asking). I called Premiere about the gas smell and they told me how to turn off the gas to my stove. Meanwhile, another technician came to my home and was surprised that the previous tech would KNOWINGLY INSTALL THE INCORRECT PARTS. The appropriate parts were ordered and delivered to them on 12/22/2018. Both AHS and I have tried on numerous occasions to reach them, but to no avail. It is 1/22 for Christ's sake... Scam artists. DO NOT USE, DONT TRY TO CALL, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This company was assigned to me by my homeowners insurance. Started out very responsive, very quick to get to the house. Polite at the house. Told us we had a broken part on the fridge, no problem, he would order it, be back in 2 weeks. After 2 weeks never heard anything. Tried calling the company, couldnt get ahold of them. I called the my insurance company and asked for an update. They informed me that "premier" appliance repair informed them the damage was caused by rodents, which wasnt covered under my insurance. Also, they DID NOT tell me that at the house. Again, they said it was simply a broken part and it would be replaced. After this, I tried to call premier alliance all day, everyday, for several days. Left several voicemails and got nothing. BUT as soon as I EMAILED and pretended to be a new customer they responded right away. I am guessing this company does this whenever they work as a 3rd party for an insurance company. Takes the $100 fee from the insurance company, and bails. Honestly, I wouldnt have cared if the fridge wasnt even repairable. Just tell me so. My family went without a fridge for weeks, FOR NO REASON other than this company sucks. I checked out their website and as soon as I pulled it up I saw that they are garbage. Fast, friendly, and professional service. The technicians Zachary and Chris called ahead notifying me that they could arrive early when they arrived they were very courteous. They quickly diagnosed the problem, corrected it within minutes, and saved me from a costly repair. They even went as far as putting my stacked washer dryer back together and in place. Submitted a claim through American Home Shield warranty company. Premier Appliance Repair was sent the contract for the repair. They came to my home two days later and diagnosed the issue indicating that my refrigerator had a grounding post missing in the power cord which caused three circuit board to short and malfunction. The problem is that premier stated to American Home that the piece was REMOVED. I specifically talked to the technician about this and I had a feeling that he knew in advance that he was going to report it in a manner that would make it a non concerted claim. It was plugged into the wall and I've never unplugged it and the claim was denied for not being normal wear and tear. I sensed the technician was acting strangely thev he asked me if I was aware that the prong was missing. I told him I had no idea because I never unplug my refrigerator. What a unprofessional company! I came on here later to write a bad review and came across all of these other bad reviews previously reported. I will be submitting a formal grievance with American Home Shield asking that they remove Premier Appliance as one of their contract vendors. Based on what they did to me and all of their horrible reviews, they do not deserve to have a contract with any warranty company and I feel horribly for customers who call them for service. read more

This company was a real disappointment! Seven weeks to get a dishwasher fixed. No one called us to for weeks between visit 1, when they ordered a motor and said they would be back in a week, and visit 2 when they installed the motor. Many messages went without callbacks. Heating element worked fine before they came, but did not work when they left. They came back the third time, but when I talked to them they had the audacity to suggest I might be charged for the heating element! Their tech (the last one seemed competent and was nice) got it to work by playing with connections. No one touched anything but them, so it is obvious they didn't plug something back in, or knocked something loose. Then they acted like they were doing a favor by not charging. We needed to be home three times for them, in their 4-hour window, not their problem I guess. I do hope they learn to communicate better with customers and accept responsibility when they change a motor and all of the sudden something in the unit isn't working. Standard business practice is to fix what you messed up, and apologize. We never got the "I'm sorry." read more

They text you an e.t.a. & they show up. They are courteous, professional & gave great advice. Bryan was our tech & he represented his company beautifully. I do not recommend this company at all. No one answers their phones at this company. My home warranty sent this company out in February and I was told I needed three parts repaired. Once the parts (the same day) were requested by AHS, they parts should have been shipped immediately and the repair person from Premier Appliance Repair would come out to fix the dryer. Sadly after waiting for two weeks I called AHS to find out when I would get out a contractor to fix my dryer, and AHS said the parts were shipped on March 2nd. However no one from this company called me or AHS to say they have the parts or when a technician from their company would b reaching out to me to come and repair my dryer. I have had to go to a friends home to use a dryer and now this week marks nearly a month. I called AHS and the company myself today and the company would not answer the phone when I called nor when AHS called. AHS admitted they made the mistake and did not send out another company to me when they saw that the company did not fulfill their 48 hour requirement to call the customer back to schedule the follow up. Because of this, AHS is sending out SEARS tomorrow to come and fix my dryer. Due to this negligence, I am leaving AHS for another home warranty company who takes customer service seriously. I will not recommend Premier Appliance Repair to anyone and will reach out to BBB about them. Do not (NOT) use this company!!!! I've already posted a review on the BBB. I have been trying to get my refrigerator and oven fixed for over a month now, with no results insight without paying for independent contractor to come out and do an additional diagnosis/service call. I have seen so many complaints. I don't think it's simply Premier Appliance Repair, LLC company but American Home Shield who is also complicit in this lack of accountability for getting the work done. I just got off the phone with AHS and they wanted to charge me and additional service fee to have another contractor to come out and verify the same issues that the previous contractor already relayed to them. There really needs to be a zero stars option on here. This company sent Matt out to do an assessment on my over door last week that wouldn't stay closed because the door is very heavy and over time from using it so much, the brackets need to be replaced because of normal wear and tear. Matt wrote in his report to America HomeShield, who I also have an issue with, that the door brackets were bent in the opposite direction and that was because someone was pushing down on the oven door, and America HomeShield believed that non-sense!!!! I'm getting a 2nd vendor to come out an assess the issue, but needless to say when I called and asked someone to call me back about the service request I've gotten no response from those cowards!! Don't use this company ever and America HomeShield should be ashamed of themselves for dealing with these type of contractors that have no business being in business. This company by far is one of the most unprofessional repair company I have ever dealt with. Their lack of communication and disregard for the customer is despicable. They blatantly have been ignoring us and have yet to fix our dryer. After several phone calls and emails we have not gotten any response . A part that was supposed to take two weeks has now taken several months. Not to mention that they said that they will be here for appointment never showed up and never gave us a heads up that they will not be coming. Wow, I am actually not surprised about the previous review about this company. First of all, to get hold of them for an appointment is a living hell. It took over two weeks to finally get someone to come and take a look. It took another God knows how long for them to show up and repair my refrigerator only to leave and find out it's leaking. Now I am going through hell again trying to reach them to come and fix the leakage. The bottom​ line, I am so done with American Homeshield for their poor customer service in this matter. My refrigerator quit working on 12/24. I submitted a request to AHS right away. I was assigned Premier Appliance Repair on 12/26 and finally got a scheduled service for 12/29/20. They came and diagnosed the issue as a bad compressor. I was told they don't do compressors and another company would have to be assigned. Promised they would submit right away and I would have another company assigned. Well, days later nothing. I called AHS multiple times as was told that Premier Appliance Repair had not submitted information on the service call and there was nothing they could do. I was promised quick resolution. Nothing. Finally on 12/31/20, I was assigned to another service company. They came on 01/04/21 and promptly asked 'what is wrong?' . Said they received nothing from Premier Appliance Repair and that I had a bad compressor. I knew that! Now, I have to go back into the AHS back hole (and it is a hole), due to Premier Appliance Repair not completing the documentation. Horrible service and follow-up. Not their fault the refrigerator broke but to delay completing the service write-up and then to not include the correct details, is very poor service. I would never recommend Premier or AHS. read more
