The two ladies sitting at the front desk greeted as soon as we walk through the door with smiles. They were eager to help my mother and made her feel at ease when she explained to them that she was in pain. We didn't have to wait long for my mother's appointment and once she went back for her MRI, I was able to enjoy a nice cup of coffee, watch The Morning News, and get a little bit of work done while I waited. I hope my mother never has to have another MRI, but if she does, this is where I would take her.

I injured my ankle falling off a bicycle, I put up with the pain as best I could, but after 25 days and still pain and having trouble walking I did some research with podiatrist and private practices. This urgent care was close to me and decided to contact them. I called and Ashley at the front desk gave me all the Info I needed, answered all my questions and made me feel secure in my choice. I didn't make an appointment and decided to walk in for an exam and X-ray. NP Mark Cha was such a delight and took such great care of me, I got the best care I've ever received. I was in and out in less than an hour. They knew I was paying out of pocket and made this experience as easy and affordable as possible. Total with visit, X-ray, and medication I paid under 250. That's less than one month payment for good insurance at my job. I highly recommend this location and will be coming back whenever I need medical care. I honestly regret not coming here sooner. Well the receptionist decided to run the card for $1 which was declined because the card can only be used for medical purposes. I was a patient for many years and luckily I had good insurance that covered the fee of $650+ per service. All of a sudden I receive a generic letter that states in network patients will only be seen if they pay a $390 "membership fee" on top of whatever co/pays one has. It was also noted that out of network patients don't apply to this rule. Out of network doesn't apply because they have to pay the full amount of their visit to Diagnostic Imaging. This letter was very easy to read between the lines what this facility wants.

Would give a zero if I could. Arrived at 0625 for a 0630 appointment. Lights off in lobby. Doors…read morelocked. Not a big deal since I'm early. An employee parks right next to me at 0627 and goes inside. Lights come on. I give her a minute and try the doors at like 0635. Doors locked. I stand out for a bit (20 degree weather) but no one comes to the door. I tried calling both phone numbers listed for the facility but they say the clinic is closed until 0700. I tried the doors a 3rd time at 0642 and finally doors open. The woman at the front (who had parked next to me) was immediately hostile. She says 'the doors are hard to open and just look locked' and 'no one called'. (I tested the doors on the way out, and not only were they easy to open, but automated, so she lied about them being unlocked.) She acknowledges that she saw me standing outside but didn't come to the door. Absolutely rude the rest of check in. If I didn't very much need the MRI I would have left. I felt vulnerable and anxious the rest of the visit, even though the tech was great.
