The two ladies sitting at the front desk greeted as soon as we walk through the door with smiles. They were eager to help my mother and made her feel at ease when she explained to them that she was in pain. We didn't have to wait long for my mother's appointment and once she went back for her MRI, I was able to enjoy a nice cup of coffee, watch The Morning News, and get a little bit of work done while I waited. I hope my mother never has to have another MRI, but if she does, this is where I would take her.

When I walked in the staff was attentive and professional. I completed some paper work and barely waited 10 mins before I was called in for a revision. So far so good. I was given a covid test which I later got a bill for $100! And a strep throat test. Once I saw the nurse I explained my symptoms to her. I was told I had severe inflammation but did not know if it was due to a virus or allergies. I was given the option to take a steroid or to wait it out for a few more days and try OTC Flonase. I didn't feel comfortable taking a steroid without a verdict so I went with the alternative. A few week weeks later I get a text for a $252 bill! Not even a bill in the MAIL! So I had no news till now about a bill! I Kept getting multiple texts/calls in one day. By the way I NEVER received my COVID results! The quality of care and lack of transparency for the cost is the reason I will Never go back. DO NOT GET A COVID TEST if you don't want to pay $100+. GET ONE for $25 at the pharmacy. Go somewhere else for better care!

I see so many recent reviews griping about the fee. Have you looked at your insurance bills with other providers after finding a potential problem. I bet you will find the fee to be the same after you pay for co-pays, parking and all the additional fees. Or instead you can go to Northwestern where they tack on fees left and right and make you wait for weeks for your results and then multiple appointments later plus the stress of waiting and you've already likely paid the $390 anyway in co-pays and fees cause insurance is BS. I started at NW and had months of stress and appointments. Never again. The piece of mind is worth every penny. Do it. Trust me.
