The person could not schedule the inspection unless the call came from the sales agent. Apparently thats the only way "her computer lets her schedule" The inspection itself was not adequate. The inspector Dave seemed to speed through the inspection. We noticed one leak in the ejector pipe but failed to mention that in his report. Attention to detail and quality of service that you would expect from an inspection company is simply not there. This was a complete waste of my money.

Both reports were turned around very quickly - within 24 hours if I recall correctly. They identified a number of issues, both cosmetic and structural, which allowed us to go back to the contractor to make the fixes. These people were supposed to do an inspection of a condo I was considering buying. The guy who…read morecame Daryl Hartshhorne who did not spend very long "inspecting" and when he supposedly was finished he announced that he would not be checking the air-conditioning system. He offered no alternatives. He just said he can't do that in the winter time. However, there was no prior notice of that and it was included in the price for the inspection and I never would have used this company if I had known that they were not going to inspect the air-conditioning system which is a key component of an inspection of a property. I immediately wrote to the owners of this shoddy company and there were other problems as well like they never released their report, etc. I told them all the problems. The owner or two owners never bothered to respond to me despite several emails that I wrote. Nevertheless they are harassing me for money despite their fraud. I have filed a complaint against them with the Department of State.

Your pipes could be rusting and crumbling and they'll say it looks good. Check things out yourself, get dirty, don't rely on Amerispec Delaware entirely.

Holidays and all not meaning they work those days but they work around them and you get the jobs/services done. :)
