They sent a kid who tells me the issue may be a cracked heat exchange & carbon monoxide leaking because I told him I had gotten dizzy before he arrived. Instead of telling me at that point he doesn't have the proper equipment to detect a CO leak he runs out to his work truck several times looking for equipment he knew he did not have. When he finally comes clean about not having the equipment he needs, he says for me to call the Fire Dept. because they have the equipment. I'm foolishly thinking YOU ARE A HEATING REPAIR COMPANY if you don't have the equipment someone in your company should right? WRONG!! I called the owner who tells me they tell all of their customers in an instance like this to call the Fire Dept. Owner proceeds to say, because the kid drove here, spent 45 minutes removing screws which he should not have & feeding a camera with as the kid put it, "not very good picture" in the furnace he earned the fee. Kid told me furnace had rust. I had to call a reputable company and the Fire Dept. who both confirmed no CO. Real repair guy says there is no crack and showed me pictures of inside furnace with NO RUST. Thank God furnace is running properly. Not only did these guys make off with $141 of my money but had nerve to say once Fire Dept. comes out call them back, here is your call back!!!

And then people think he's a miracle worker causes he has cold air flowing again on a system thats only gonna need it again. 400 freon charge a year times 10 4000. I received a call from my tenant that the AC was down. I called and able to schedule same day services in a matter of hours. I asked technician to call 30 minutes prior to allow time for me to leave my job and meet technician at property. Amar arrived, greeted me and went straight to resolve problem. His first assessment was right on. He had the problem fixed and AC back up and running in less than an hour. He provided me with helpful tips and recommendations to improve AC performance. Making payment was simple and he even offered to email or text receipt of payment. I also received an invoice of work completed. I was back at work in no time. Amar is a great technician. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I like that the truck is identifiable as it comes down the street. Had a replacement on hand, pulled out the old one but found pretty severe scorcing on the board. Pulled the unit out from the wall and tested the compressor and found it to be faulty. A new circuit board would only burn out and a new compressor was taking me into the big $$$ repair range. At this price point and age of the unit, both Daveand i agreed I am probably better off with a new unit. He then spent another 15 minutes offering excellent tips and points on what units I should be looking for and why. Excellent service and I will keep his info close at hand if/when any other appliances need repair.

Tony arrived on time, quickly pulled the dryer apart, identified the problem accurately and recommended a source for a replacement kit at a fraction of the cost charged by LG. He then put the dryer back together. The next day, I notified him the kit was delivered and he was back at our house within a couple of hours. He quickly repaired the dryer leaving no mess behind. Both my husband and I, fairly adept at home repairs ourselves, were extremely impressed by Tony's knowledge and efficiency. He clearly stated the cost of service upon initial inspection and I feel it was a bargain. Basically saving me the couple of hours it would have taken me to do the job myself.

After trial and error, we were able to localize the leak to where the vent connects to the unit. I went on the roof and sealed it myself. Meanwhile, the unit ran out of freon just after the warranty expired and causing all my tenant's food to spoil. The service representative was almost tauntingly rude to me when explaining the issue. I contacted a semi-retired HVAC man from Lansing who advised that someone drilled a hole in the unit to leak the freon. Use this company at your own risk. Not only did they perform the install, but took care of registering our units for warranty and submitted for rebates on our behalf. Initially Brian came over to asses our A/C needs and then a team of 4 skilled technicians performed the job over the course of two days. The superheroes were Chris, Ricardo, Steven and Wilfredo. They worked until 10:30pm on very hot and humid days to complete the job. As a Realtor for over 20+ years I've come across many contractors and service providers in my career, but I have never encountered such polite, skilled and dedicated team of technicians.They had to be very creative during install and crawl through very tight spaces or work in a very hot, unvented attic and they all have done so with a smile on their faces.
