Mike took the time to look over the coverage I had, ask me a number of questions and then suggest some changes in coverage to better protect me and my family. In the end, he left it up to me to decide but I felt much better knowing what I was buying and exactly what limitations went along with it. He also helped with my home owners insurance and even though he could not offer me a policy, he made sure I got the coverage I needed. Their service after the fact has been perfect. Since I use my car for work, I have needed additional documentation sent to various people and they have made that happen with ease. As the 5-star ratings says, " As good as it gets!"

I was terrified and called a plumber immediately. Turned out the pipe underneath the house was broken. The plumber couldn't get down to fix it due to the water, and he said I needed to call mitigation first. I didn't know who to call, so I looked up Yelp. The first company I called sent someone over, but the guy said they didn't have the equipment to pump out the water. This was when I found ServiceMaster by AHR on Yelp and gave it a try. I was incredibly lucky. Both Angel and Antonio at the company were both extremely professional. The company came over immediately to assess the situation, explained in detail, step by step, of what was happening, what they would do, how long each step would take, etc. They were also extremely knowledgeable and provided every document needed for my insurance company, working seamlessly with me and the insurance company. They informed me for every step and made sure I agree on each step before moving forward. They did so well with mitigation, I gave them my trust as well when it came to restoration. Once again, they walked me through step by step of what needed to be done and how long each step would take. They finished restoring the house on time and on budget. Every time I had a question, they would get back to me very quickly either via phone or text. They never left me hanging or wondering what was going on. Also, due to the pandemic, their teams were extra careful. They were always wearing masks when I see them. After they finished the job, they took the extra step to sanitize the house twice, just to make sure everything is clean. I am 100% satisfied with their job ethics and professionalism, and I highly recommend them.
