I work in law and scanning a document shouldn't be charged whether it's one page or 1,000 pages If their machine is slow as they claimed over the phone then why should the client be penalized then excuses it with "well my employee stood there for two hours!" So what?! That's why she's your employee that you hired to provide a service for an hourly wage. Not in my years of experience doing immigration work or personal injury work have I ever charged struggling families for this. That's not right. I can only imagine the insane amount they charge for getting your taxes done here. These are hard time for immigrant families, this is not the time to be greedy. Actually it never is the time.

I was lucky enough to be taken care of by Ryan- a total professional who will walk you through the process in an easy to understand way. I was nervous of filing with having a new job, new address and claiming my baby for the first time, but I immediately felt at ease with Ryan. He is very transparent and helpful with any questions you have about the process. The appointment took about 40 minutes and I was on my way with a great refund coming to me! I am certain I received my maximum refund with them. I'm telling my friends and family to make an appointment asap. Book an appointment through the consultation link in their Yelp profile. Bonus: The office is super clean and the staff is friendly :)
