Then the lady called me up to the window and in a loud voice asked me to confirm the name of the service I was having and then proceeded to say the name of the provider, and asked me if that was correct. She should've kept her voice down for my privacy and was quite unprofessional. There were other people waiting in the waiting area so I am sure they heard as well. She ended up being the phlebotomist too and could've asked me those questions once I was in the back with her.

During the draw, she was so gentle that I didn't feel a thing -- truly one of the most comfortable blood draw experiences I've ever had. Afterward, she checked in with me and mentioned that if I had lotion on, the bandage might not stick as well, but reassured me that my blood was clotting perfectly. There were 3 appointments listed within the next hour, but zero names on the waitlist and not one person in the waiting room. As I was checking in at the kiosk, one of the phlebotomists came out and said "do you have an appt? No? We won't see you today". I looked around confused and was like "but there's no one else here and you're still open". Long story short after providing some BS excuse, another staff member came out and pretty much yelled at me for even trying to do a walk-in. I visited the front counter and told the receptionist about my referral. After locating my information in their system, she gave me a couple forms to fill out. She was friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Once the forms were completed, I waited approximately ten minutes before I was called back by the X-Ray technician. The X-Ray tech was nice, friendly and professional. The X-Rays were completed in about 15 minutes and I was done. A few days later, I called to have my images placed on a DVD for my doctor. The lady on the phone was nice and told me the DVD would be ready the next business day by 8AM. My experience here was pleasant and I would utilize their services again.

It took 3 tries after restarting check in process before it finally scanned and read the ID, but never scanned the Insurance card. There is no front desk or anyone you could have asked to help check in. Location has been clean and organized each time. Staff has always been friendly and courteous. I haven't had any issues with getting my blood drawn. The phlebotomist have been very accurate and haven't had to do more than one jab. However that does depend on your veins, if they are rolling veins. Luckily mine aren't I feel welcomed and a valued patient here. It's a quick process and as long as you make an appointment, there is very little waiting depending on how early you arrive.
