Also, their posted hours are misleading, they list 4:00 PM as the closing time, but they stop accepting walk-ins after 3:30. They'll still let you check in and wait.

I came in as a walk-in because my doctor ordered a last minute blood draw that was time-sensitive, so no appointments were available. This location closes at 11am on Saturdays, so I made it a point to go within the last hour to avoid the crowd of fasting patients in the morning. I walked in and there was literally no one inside. There were 3 appointments listed within the next hour, but zero names on the waitlist and not one person in the waiting room. As I was checking in at the kiosk, one of the phlebotomists came out and said "do you have an appt? No? We won't see you today". I looked around confused and was like "but there's no one else here and you're still open". Long story short after providing some BS excuse, another staff member came out and pretty much yelled at me for even trying to do a walk-in. I told her it was a time sensitive blood draw that was ordered at the last minute, but she could care less. Instantly turned me away and just ran to the back. The women (and I only say that because I've only interacted with female staff here) are extremely rude and act like they want to be anywhere else but there. They also often have issues finding my vein and end up poking me more than once. Probably as incompetent as they are rude.

Took several weeks to find that out from SJGH. Then spoke to CMC Referral dept and they said that they'd inform the Dr about it. Didn't here anything for a week, so I had to make an appointment in office to see someone at CMC about the MRI referral. So you might be thinking, then why are you giving 5 stars. This is because of the people that I saw at my in office appt I hope I remember their names correctly, because I'm writing this in the evening. Front desk/check-in are always busy but courteous and attentive once it's your turn. I saw FNP Human.Hussain and Nurse Larisa(Marisa) Larisa was very king/amiabla. Both listened to my health complaints and clearly cared about me. Both understood my situation and apologized for the length of time it was taking to get the MRI requested. Thanks to FNP Hussain, she make the request urgent sing it's been several months since I first started having the pain and discomfort. Their "bedside" manner is very appreciated and made me feel like a valued patient.

This is an incredible service for anyone who is sick, homebound, or simply unable to get what they need done at a lab. In my case, the lab actually wouldn't do the bloodwork I needed to donate a kidney, so having someone come to me made the whole process possible. Charity was professional, very communicative, and incredibly gentle and kind during the draw. She made me feel at ease and took care of everything (she came to my house, drew my blood and even took my bloodwork to FedEx for dropoff) I plan on using her services in the future not only for myself, but also for my kids. Having someone trustworthy and skilled come to the house is such a relief! Highly recommended.

Dr. Gregory Horner is my doctor at this facility and he is absolutely amazing. He listens to my concerns, addresses all of my questions. He is sincere and I can tell that my best interests are his priority. I would recommend Dr. Gregory Horner to anyone and everyone! Thank you so much Dr. Horner, I appreciate you!

Nightmare experience at Pleasanton office, avoid this place…read more I was injured at work in July, and an MRI shortly after showed a significant shoulder injury. I was referred to this office, but even getting in the door was a struggle. My first appointment, scheduled weeks out, was canceled by them the day before, and the next available opening was another month away. I was finally seen in October. At that visit, the doctor told me the injury was severe and that I would need surgery, but insisted on prehab physical therapy first to improve range of motion. This caused further delays. When I finally attended PT--at their own facility--the therapist told me my range of motion was already perfect, making the "requirement" feel truly unnecessary . By the time I was given a surgery date, it wasn't until February, eight months after the initial injury. I won't even get into the 15-20 additional issues that came up along the way, but the process was riddled with poor communication, scheduling problems, and a complete lack of urgency or regard for my situation. I ended up getting a second opinion and had surgery scheduled within two weeks with a new doctor. Not only was the process faster and more professional, but the procedure itself was far less extensive than what had originally been recommended. Which is truly alarming. Would they have done things medically unnecessary like the PT? Between what felt like unnecessary delays, attempts to maximize insurance billing, and a disorganized, unresponsive office staff, this was one of the worst healthcare experiences I've ever had. I rarely write reviews, but this one was warranted. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere
