He was kind enough to let my bf watch and help a little bit. He cleared our sewer line (which had 3 root balls!). Eric came later on and showed us a camera inspection (free of charge!) And explained how my pipes looked and what areas could be fixed a little bit. Andrew cleared out the final root ball while we all socialized and had a bunch of laughs. "Aaron" came out and informed me that my heat exchanger was unsafe and that it should be replaced before the heating season. After checking the condenser and freon amount, he said I was down 2-3 lbs. which was almost half of the amount I should have, and informed me that it would cost over 1,1000 to charge it back up and repair a minor leak in a Shrader valve. I chose to wait to do anything and was charged 250.50 for his service call, not the 99.00 I was told on the phone. I called Center Point Energy's "Home Service Plus" the next day and they also checked out the heat exchanger and found NO problems. They also informed me that my freon was NOT insufficient and that Tim's Home service was trying to sell me a new HVAC system at 13,000. I was depending on Tim's Home Service to be reliable and informative to me and they were not honest or reliable and will never have them back into my house again. Homeowners beware.

He set up the new water heater, replaced the worn copper supply lines, and installed a new shutoff valve along with a thermal expansion tank. After reconnecting the gas line and checking for leaks with soapy solution, he lit the pilot and verified the water temperature reached the set level.
