After speaking with Toby's over the phone about the situation, they sent out two great guys that did a thorough inspection. Shortly after they did an extensive treatment of the home and also provided me with a great written report of their findings, including photos. Since this work was done, I have not seen one termite. They warrantied the work and overall, I am very impressed and would hire them again, without question.

I called Toby's & informed them that we had spiders everywhere & that there was quite a few different kinds. I also told them that we knew for sure there had to of been a brown recluse nest under our house directly under the master bedroom, because they were everywhere. We hadn't slept in our room for over a month. My daughter had already been bit twice & had large infections on her arms. (Luckily not by the brown recluse.) Toby's came, treated, & left. We were so excited to sleep in our own bed, but was quickly put down. The brown recluse were even worse because Toby's smoked out underneath the house, causing them to all travel inside. (They only sprayed inside the home, no smoke.) I called & spoke with the receptionist & I was told that if it was brown recluse then they would need to smoke the inside as well. I was also told that we would have to pay for them to come out again & that we should have informed them of the brown recluse. (I did the first time.) Even though she doesn't remember me specifically telling her that...How is it the customers responsibility to know which types of pests they have in their home? Isn't that the exterminators knowledge? I know, for a fact, that the exterminator would have seen a brown recluse in our master bedroom while they were spraying. Therefore, he should have treated the way it needed to be. I guess with them..The customer needs to know exactly what species of pests are in their home, so we can inform them on how to do their job.

Another local termite company in town told me that my house needed a "treatment" before I could sell my house, and my realtor recommended Wheeldon. Andy and Jason could had sold a treatment when I called for a quote, but they are honest and told me that no treatment was needed! The other termite inspector saw wood debris from a prior subfloor repair and mistaken it as termite damage, even though no live nor dead termite was found anywhere. Wheeldon is the best!!!
