from first hand experience, Tim and Courtney do an outstanding job on their yards! some people may…read morenot realize how hard they truly work to make their yard look the absolute greenest, and healthiest on the block! perhaps, after they did their deed you didnt follow their directions: for instance, watering the yard, or maintaining. I know that they make sure they take their time and make sure they did their job to the full extint. in the past, they have even offered to do more than what theyve gotten paid for just to see their customers smile. I will say, it has to be hard to answer the phone while on a yard, or return a call when their is no voice message left or perhaps a text message!! Rollin Green doesnt just show up at your door to do your yard, they make an effort to build a trust bond too! and if youve notices, they never put any paying deadlines on any of their customers, because they understand the struggle some may have. I want to say thank you for all they have done and all that they do!

The longer it's left alone, the better". I asked if/when I should have him come back. He said, "eh, 3 months". I left on vacation and when I got home a week later I had more fleas in the house than before treatment. It was so bad I had to spend a few nights in a hotel. I asked for my money back. Lyons said no refunds but they'll retreat. So he treated the house again on April 10th. I told him the CDC and EPA said to vacuum regularly. He said that's fine if I do it. Then he said fleas aren't a one a done kind of thing. Then why didn't he tell me that at the initial appointment?? A few days later I still didn't see a reduction in fleas and I had been vacuuming everyday at this point. I ended up hiring Cook's Pest Control. They are so much more knowledgeable and friendly. I would not recommend Lyons.

Another local termite company in town told me that my house needed a "treatment" before I could sell my house, and my realtor recommended Wheeldon. Andy and Jason could had sold a treatment when I called for a quote, but they are honest and told me that no treatment was needed! The other termite inspector saw wood debris from a prior subfloor repair and mistaken it as termite damage, even though no live nor dead termite was found anywhere. Wheeldon is the best!!!

Very disappointed with Lookout Pest Control. I was charged for a service I never received, and…read moretrying to get the issue resolved has been a nightmare. Every time I call, I'm stuck dealing with automated AI prompts instead of being able to speak to a real person about a billing dispute. They also never informed me that my service technician had changed. I originally worked with a technician who was wonderful, but he moved up into sales and someone else took over his route. Since then, I have yet to even see the new technician, yet I was still charged for a service that was supposedly completed. I even requested a callback, and when they finally called back, no one said anything when I answered. Completely unprofessional and frustrating. Customer service should not be this difficult, especially when it involves overcharging a customer. I just want the issue corrected, but so far I've gotten nowhere. Would not recommend based on my experience.
