After enduring excruciating shoulder pain and finding no relief through other treatments (insert joke about chiropractors here), I began working with Christian. His approach was LIFE-CHANGING! He performed a comprehensive whole-body assessment, pinpointed the exact issues, and effectively rehabbed the targeted muscles. This not only minimized my pain but significantly improved my mobility and strength. Christian is a serious expert in his field who truly cares about his clients' long-term physical health and the way your body moves. He combines hands-on muscle therapy with specific stretches and strength building exercises/workouts to gradually but effectively restore proper movement...the way your body was intended. Beyond the physical improvement, the knowledge I gained regarding the root cause of my injury and how to prevent it from recurring is priceless. I cannot recommend his services enough. read more

I'm pretty athletic and currently training for a half marathon while also hitting the gym regularly. One morning, I woke up with terrible dizziness that turned into a full week of vertigo symptoms. It was one of the worst feelings, and after dealing with it for a week, I couldn't take another day. A friend recommended this place, and I'm so glad I came. They were extremely helpful and got me in right away. I was seen by Dr. Christian Legaspi, who was amazing. He was very thorough, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I felt relief almost immediately, and just a few days later, I'm back to feeling completely normal. I'm so thankful I found this place. My only regret is that I waited an entire week before coming in! I'll definitely be back if I ever need treatment again. Most importantly, I can finally get back to training. Highly recommend Dr. Legaspi and his team! read more

Christian did an incredible job helping my husband and I through our chronic pain. My husband was battling with shoulder injury and imbalances that have developed since he was a child. I had spine surgery for scoliosis over 20 years ago with scar tissue that I thought was permanent. He helped my husband overcome his muscle imbalances and regain his range of motion. He helped me get rid of my winging scapula and reduce sensitivity in my back. Christian really takes the time to work on you as a whole and does not give up until he sees improvement. We highly recommend him to everyone! No condition is too complex for him! read more

I came in around December with my right shoulder pain from benching, hoping to find a solution for it. I came across Dr. Christian Legaspi with his physical therapy ad on Instagram. His services have been the best I have found yet. From treating both my shoulders, as well as an incident fall from work, my number fingers and my mid back, I am here yet still pushing weight at the best I've ever felt. I would definitely go and visit for a consultation if you are an active gym goer and lift heavy! read more

After injuring my IT band during a vacation in June, I was fortunate to be paired with Christian Legaspi as my physical therapist. While I'm not a gym enthusiast, marathon runner, or adrenaline junkie, I do value the ability to move comfortably, carry out daily activities with ease, and continue enjoying travel without pain or limitation. Over the years, I've worked with several excellent therapists who pushed me hard to recover from past injuries. What stood out about Christian, however, was his passionate, individualized approach. He took the time to truly understand my specific needs and created a thoughtful program focused on reducing pain, improving mobility, and building strength--all while considering how different parts of the body work together. From our initial assessment to the personalized exercises he prescribed, Christian was consistently clear, communicative, and intentional. As therapy progressed, we implemented a structured plan: walking on Tuesdays, then assessing and fine-tuning my body's response on Thursdays. His thoroughness and ability to explain the rationale behind each step helped me not only heal but also gain a deeper understanding of physical therapy as a whole. I'm happy to share that I've successfully completed my course of therapy and feel stronger, more aligned, and better equipped to prevent future injuries. I'm incredibly grateful for Christian's expertise, dedication, and guidance. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking a compassionate, knowledgeable therapist committed to helping patients regain their strength and mobility. Note to Christian: I still can bend over and touch the floor better than you!! read more

I've had a few physical therapy sessions with Christian now. He's very knowledgeable and have been extremely helpful on my knee recovery journey thus far. We started off with the evaluation and he was quite thorough which lead to him starting the treatment a long with a series of exercises to do for the week. We also talked about a step to step guide on how my gym session looks like each week and then adjust accordingly depending on how I am doing the following session. If you're looking for physical therapy for shoulder / knee in Orange County, I highly recommend giving him a try. I'm sure he can be helpful to you as he has for me. read more

I recently had a physical therapy appointment with Dr. Christian and it was one of the most helpful appointments I've had. I was experiencing some issues with my chest and ribs for a while. I've seen massage therapists, chiropractors & even life coaches to help with physical/emotional recovery and nothing has worked up until my appointment with Dr.Christian. Not only did he find the main cause of the problem but he knew of the right solution. I really appreciated how knowledgeable he is in this practice but also how he walked me through every detail of what caused it & how to prevent it again in the future . It's important to find someone who is truly passionate in their career because it shows they care deeply for your health . I highly recommend scheduling with Dr. Christian! read more

Dr. Christian is fantastic. He knows his stuff. He helped me rehab after knee replacement surgery but even more than that helped me regain my overall strength. He listens. He adjusts your exercises accordingly. He teaches you about your body and the issues you may complain about. He helps you understand why certain exercises are better than others and why. He is knowledgeable about the spine as well and after 4 spine surgeries was able to show me why I walked the way I walked and how to better navigate the stairs. All in all a wonderful experience read more

Best experience I had in a long time regarding my pain! I came to Christian for my right shoulder/chest pain, and he was great at explaining where the pain is coming from and why. He gets deep into the root of it rather than giving temporary relief like many other places I've been to. Aside from the great treatment every session, he even helps set you up with a plan to help retrain your body, rather than eliminating an exercise or the gym all together from your life. He really gets it! Completely worth it, especially if you're a gym goer that wants to keep pushing yourself to be stronger, while making sure your body has the proper maintenance it needs in the long run! read more

Dr. Legaspi we met during a very challenging time in my life.  I really appreciate the way you took care of me by modifying exercises for me that helped me accomplish each goal set before me over a 6 month period.  My pain level went down from 10 to a low 2-3.
