The highlights are ok however, the girl cut layers so short in my hair it won't go into a ponytail and my hair is a few inches past my shoulders and curly. It's like she cut bangs all the way around my head. The hair cut is so bad I want to chop all my hair off and restart. I would give this salon a zero if I could. I'm scared to go back and even ask for them to try and fix their mistake. I don't remember what her name is but don't get your hair cut by the pregnant surrogate lady with a booth in front of the wash station. Worst salon experience I've ever had.

I have attached the invoice and no where is anything broken down . Furthermore you offered no remedy just a bunch of word salad trying to justify your pricing when the website is crystal clear on what is included in your package . So please don't try and make it sound as if you are a caring owner .. cause that is far from the truth . You grossly overcharge and the proper remedy would have been to honor the blonding session package at the price on the website and returned the additional amount of money that you charged. To charge your client 4% cc charge is outrageous . That is a cost that is on a business owner not to pass along to you clients just another way for you to be piggish . Regards

I called to see if they could refund a portion and they refused. Lesson learned for my kid but do better. I have given excessive tips before on purpose and people always question it and I insist. Nothing was done here. So my daughter now has a partial highlight for $500. Go elsewhere.

I gave it a couple of days, hoping it would lighten up, to no avail. I contacted Megan to let her know of my unhappiness and was pretty much told to go pound sand because I was slightly over her 7-day, unreasonable cut-off for redo. Clearly, the customer isn't always right in this establishment. Really disappointing because she is good at what she does, but customer service is clearly lacking.

This has been the most disappointing hairstyle I have ever gotten. I went to a consultation the…read moreweek before with one of the stylist and she said that what I want is doable. I ended up being scheduled with someone else because I was confident that no matter who I got, I would end up loving the results, unfortunately, that was not the case this time. Now when I showed up, I showed the hairstylist the video of the hair color that I wanted and explained to her that I understand that my hair won't look exactly like the video due to the girl having a shorter haircut , but I did say that I did want the raccoon tail. One side of the blonde is more gold than the other and she told me that I have to come back at the END of the service. As you can see it it's just a simple two tone hairstyle. Not to mention at the end of the service she did not blow out my hair but instead tried to style it curly because that's my natural hair, but it ended up looking really bad. I'm not sure how else I could've communicated to get the results I wanted. Yes, I should have told her that I wanted my hair to be blown out, but by this time I just wanted to leave. I did schedule an appointment to get the blonde piece in the front fixed but at this point, I think I'm gonna cancel and move on. The hair color itself is not bad whatsoever and I think she did great on the haircut! Unfortunately, the color is not what I asked for. Looking back the sectioning of the blonde isn't great either. One side of my hair has 2x more blonde than the other. This overall felt rushed. Not sure what I can do myself to fix my hair but I don't think I will be going back here for a color service for a long time and if I do it won't be with that stylist. EDIT: the response to this is ridiculous. Did you want me to say to the hairstylist "No, I'm not comfortable with you doing my hair because you have carpal tunnel" Why would I have a problem with that?! A poor job shouldn't be excused just because I said it was ok for her to do my hair even though she was having a flare up. It's not up to me to gauge if she was in proper condition to do my hair. I'm confused how that's falling on me. She could've easily canceled the hair appointment and all of this could've been avoided. Besides the blonde piece in the front that was gold, which I understood, she still did not follow what I asked. For $314 not including tip it would've been nice to have my hair done right. No offense to her, but why would you guys think I would trust her to fix it coming back a second time. For her to rush it again? Should I ask her if she's having a flare up and if she's going to be ok to do my hair? No thank you.

(Like 15+) It was damaged, dry, and even thinning on top pretty bad. After meeting with Sylvia, I explained that I wasnt sure what to do as far as color and cut but that my hair has really made me self conscious and depressed. She ensured me she'd be able to help and suggested I go lighter and get the red and dead ends outta there! She did say it would take a few sessions to get the red out before going lighter. I agreed and trusted her when she said that lightening my hair would soften my features a bit. Boy was she right! Lightening my hair did "soften" my facial features as opposed to the darker reds. As far as my thinning hair, she suggested a shampoo & conditioner which has helped my hair to grow back. The growth is a slow process but it's working! Sylvia is truly a blessing to me. I got my hair cut here for a couple of years! The good: Serena is a perfectionist and gave me…read moreamazing haircuts, and did a great job with color--I first came in with a bit of a disaster from another hair stylist which she fixed. There's an educational component, too, so I learned how to make my hair look bomb without having to go into the salon! (Not quite as bomb, but pretty close!) The vibe is really nice, too, almost like you're hanging out with an old friend at a spa rather than getting a haircut--complete with nutritious and delicious snacks and beverages. I took away a star because it's incredibly hard to book and there are hidden fees. Serena charges $36 for "extra love" if you wait too long between color sessions but only books out seven weeks in advance. It can be a bit jarring to incur an additional $36 fee when you're already paying $200+ for a cut and color. I like to wait nine to ten weeks between sessions, and have even set calendar reminders 2-3 weeks after an appointment to try to book in time, but they are always full. This makes it really difficult when I don't plan months in advance--wanting to get a haircut before an event or holiday is extremely difficult with just one stylist who only works four days a week. There have been many times when I had to get haircuts elsewhere because I just couldn't get into the schedule in time. It's always a little heartbreaking to really want to get a cut within seven weeks before an event or a holiday and there'll be nothing available for for nine weeks. Right now I'm going to a different studio that's a 45-minute drive for me but would definitely switch back here if it was easier to schedule so I know I could both avoid extra fees and also be able to get a cut before an event if I plan it out a month and a half or two in advance.
