I had Precision do in home tinting for our windows as the sun faces our way throughout the day I will say I was impressed once the tinting was done it looked amazing! and of course still have our nice mountain view with windows tinted. This weekend we were in the 90's and our place retained amazingly cool air inside it was very comfortable and fresh and while I am very sure my neighbors who don't have their windows tinted were running their A/C through out the entire day and still feeling the heart I know this because last year was the same for me this weekend I was running my ceiling fans in keeping fresh. I wish I could get zero stars. This place is one of the worst places to get your windows tinted. I went with their most expensive tint and it's extremely hot in the summer. I should've stayed with the place that I normally get my windows tinted, which is Green Valley Graphix. I will not make this mistake again. Terrible customer service. They don't stand behind their work. If they damage anything in the process, they refuse to admit they have caused any damage even though the car may be brand new. Honest review from a returning customer who has gotten 3 different cars fully tinted. Pros- great quality of work and professional and will get you done as soon as possible if there's availability. But these things are expected from a lot of business establishments. Cons- pricey and if you're a returning customer, just like I was. Keep your options open because they don't have any type of appreciation discount. I get it, business need to make their money and all but I just feel like If you're coming back over and over to give your business to them, they should atleast be considerate and show a way of thanking a returning customer. This company walked to my door in mask and once inside informed my partner that it was physically impossible to do their jobs in mask and then they removed them. I am a much more forward individual than my partner and I would have asked them if licking the windows was part of their job!? Fortunately for them, I was not home so they were able to do the job and still get paid. But seriously you guys somebody needs to train these teams. *** UPDATE*** Called the business to clarify the inability to wear a mask while tinting. I was directed to Dave who clarified that it was harder to do but not impossible. Dave we all have harder jobs because of covid, adapt. Dave at this point is upset and accusing me of being a democrat with a desk job. As much as I would like to go into details with Dave about my job and political stance I feel that has nothing to do Nevada's mask policy. Dave, wearing a mask is not partisan it's a mandate. Now... I had my car done about 9 years ago with the promise of a lifetime warranty. Sure enough my window is bubbling and when I called, they said the warranty is only covered if I kept the original receipt or if I can prove through my bank records. The business itself does not keep this record but I'm expected to?! At the time, I loved the service and job done. Because of this I will no longer recommend or be back. If you do go here, put your receipt in a safe so that when the time comes, you have proof after nearly a decade. read more

I was driving down from California and wanted to get my tint for my BMW so that it doesn't get any sun damage. I called Precision at around 1230p and spoke with Chris Bacon. He was very helpful when I was just inquiring about the price and told me to come in before 230p since it would take about 2.5 hours to get it done. I arrived a little over 2p and he assisted me with choosing the right tint for my car. He also recommended a clear one for my windshield since it prevents 90 to 95 percent of the heat. He was very thorough on his explanation but what really got me was the in person demonstration with the difference using a heated lamp. The price was fair but I would rather pay a little more to get it done correctly rather than going cheap and having issues in the future. He assured me of the guarantee and told me to keep the receipt in case something goes wrong. The service didn't take the whole 2.5 hours and I was out of there around 4pm. Chris was very hospitable and directed me to the waiting room where they had coffee, water, and snacks while I wait. The waiting room also had two large TV to keep me entertained while I wait. It's been 6 days since I got my tint and it looks great. I don't have any bubbles forming and the cut around the windows throughout my car looks great. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a great price as well as quality. read more

I called and spoke with Chris. He told me to come right over. I showed up and Chris met me. The shop is very clean. Chris is a very nice, friendly and professional guy. He took a look at my truck and then went over all of my options. After I decided, he took my truck and said it would be about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. 1 1/2 hours later it was done. It looks great! Adding security film to all my windows in my home and business. I use the foggy white tint in my bathrooms provides privacy while still allowing natural light. It also cost less than the blinds I was going to install. I have only encountered an issue once, and they promptly resolved it. They truly stand behind their work. Went to this place since 2004! Was a good business never ever paid no more then $199 for all windows in a suv ! Today 6/12/23 These people are thieves to take advantage of the heat ! 2 windows and a front visor cost 208$. They lie on the phone quoted 185$ then expect tips their liers and thieves ! Typical Vegas. Crap ! Hello you can't charge 8.75 percent on labor ! And they will charge you a credit card fee 3.5 which is illegal to do when they only get charge 1.99 percent! It's not the money it's the lies and thievery ! Never ever again will we be back or recommend these tiny people ! The tip we will give will be to the Nevada department of labor and taxation department and BBB ! In how they should have their audits done ! They think their sneaky with a bs lump sum contract ! And their is no itemization so they can try and steal from people ! Again their thieves ! From a quote on the phone 185$ turned to 208$ 23$ in junk fees again the film doesn't cost 185$ they are cheating the customers and the Nevada state sales tax department and stealing from people! Then the a$$$ hole manager just says that's the way it is pay the bill and go f yourself! He can take his window tint and shove it with the heat ! And you want a tip to reward thievery ! Been more than 2 months since I had my car tinted. It cured in about 4 days. I see some streaks on the windshield that looked like it was either not laid on well or something. I already washed my car a month in so it's not something from the outside. The office people were friendly but I think they need to be better on communicating the price. I was quoted a specific price over the phone from the owner and I asked how much, down to the taxes, it would be if paid in cash. I told the office person what the owner told me. He made it seem like he understood. Then when it was time for me to check out, it was a big difference. I already went to the bank to withdraw the exact amount needed before I came in. It was only because I made comment that it was different, then the office person dropped it down to what it was originally agreed upon. I'm not sure if it's an honest mistake/misunderstanding or b/c it was all cash that something else may be going on. read more

Just picked up my sons car, Volks Passat, from the all around tint job and we are really really pleased. They did a fantastic job. This was removal of old tint and install new. Chris explained the possibility of losing the defroster lines on the back because the back tint was really stuck and bubbly, but to our surprise they managed to save the defroster lines! Very happy with my tint. These guys did an awesome job! I originally called ahead to make sure they had an open spot and they said they could get me in the same day.
