He was able to come out a few days later, take measurements and get me a quote. He was also able to source the door and trim which saved me a lot of guesswork. They came in at a fraction of the price of every other company I received quotes from. They were professional, straightforward, never pushy, and just genuinely kind people to work with. They even stopped by my office instead of my home to complete the documents we needed. The real reason I'm writing this review, though, is because of the customer service after the sale: About a year after my installation, the window frames that are exposed to the brutal Nevada sun started to yellow. I called Window World, and even though it had been a year, they immediately offered to make it right. They sent out a representative named Alex (I hope I'm remembering his name correctly, kind gentleman in a truck and ties is hair back) and he was fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to explain what had happened and walked me through a few different solutions. We decided to have the frames repainted with a specialty paint designed for the issue and within just a few days, a painter was at my house completing the work. The painter was also great. The only hiccup was that while removing my screen door, one of the handles came off without either of us noticing. There were also a few small spots of white paint left behind on my walls. I called Window World, explained the situation, and they immediately sent Alex back out. Once again, he was friendly, professional, and genuinely wanted to make sure everything was taken care of. He looked over my concerns and assured me they'd be fixed. Then he noticed that my screen had been absolutely destroyed by my dogs. I never even asked about it but he volunteered to replace the screen on the spot. That level of customer service is incredibly rare these days. From the initial sales experience to standing behind their product long after installation, Window World has been outstanding. They earned my trust and they've earned a customer for life. I won't use anyone else for my windows, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

The glass is 75 feet from a 45mph roadway, the dramatic reduction in noise has been impressive. Very expensive, but then the best usually is. We also replaced several windows on the sides of the house that were functionally in much worse shape. They said they don't provide quotes by phone, everything is custom so they have to visit and measure in person. So I indicated I was not interested in that. They asked me to confirm where I lived so they could verify they serviced my area (which has already been established via the web form), then asked for my address. At that point I stopped replying. They have since called my phone 2 or 3 times a day, every day FOR WEEKS! I blocked their number but I can still see when it called and they are still calling 2 or 3 times a day 3 weeks later. That's crazy behavior, bordering on harassment. Steer clear if you don't want to be hounded.

I'm really surprised that a company with so many good reviews would resort to such a crappy tactic to force a customer to accept their bid. Based on my results, I would recommend avoiding this company, even if the alternatives cost more. I received a reply stating that they have been calling me to "make it right" but that I am hanging up. That's just not true! Secondly, they said the door was reinstalled in the "same shape" as when they removed it. 1. They adjusted the rollers to make it easier to remove. Okay 2. They reinstalled it and left. Not okay. 3. The door is very difficult to use now. How is that the same shape?

Looked at our current doors for all of 5 seconds, basically said they are hideous and then moved on to the sales pitch! Also said our hinges were not security hinges and could pull out the pin; yet he could not because they are security hinges with a center lock. He then said 9k and $8,250 for French doors - insanity!!! He also tried to sell the 9k door first like it was all they had then when we brought up the other brand they sold he said - yes they are a bit cheaper. Could care less about discussing anything except prices and going on and on and on about how they are the best and all other companies are terrible. Brought in sales material - when we commented that he appeared to be a bit high he was offended. He then began to leave and made a smart comment on his way out "Call Anderson see how much they cost, good luck."
