We exchanged a few texts discussing the specifics of the job, the area to be worked and dates that were available. On the day of the first installation Valentina arrived on time and prepared with all the materials she would need. She was so considerate and thoughtful to wear shoe covers when in my home. After a few hours of getting to work Valentina let me know she was finished. She had already packed up all of her supplies and placed all the trash in a bag that she provided! The first mural Valentina installed was the neutral tone mural in my guest bedroom 2. It was FANTASTIC. Valentina's ability to precisely match up the edges of the paper was incredible thus making the wallpaper appear like an actual painting! I loved this look so much I ordered wallpaper for my guest bedroom 1 and Valentina returned for that installation as well! And again, Valentina's application amazed me! Albert and his wife were both professional, responsive, and flexible when coordinating a date that worked around my hectic schedule. They arrived on time and were extremely courteous. Unfortunately, I miscalculated the square footage when purchasing the wallpaper and didn't have enough material. I gave them the go-ahead to install what they could, fully understanding the mistake was on my end. Despite that, they only charged me one-third of the original quote, which I truly appreciated and did not expect. After ordering additional wallpaper (which took about two weeks to arrive), they came back out to complete the installation and only charged me the remaining balance from the original quote--no extra fees, no hassle.
