I had repairs done a year ago when someone hit me, and he was thorough and did excellent work. This year, during a snowstorm, when a tree hit me (pesky trees jumping out and hitting our cars is a big problem in Central New York), I once again took it back knowing I'd have tremendous work done. I was not disappointed. Even a minor dent I put in the truck loading a hay bale was fixed (without me asking, or being charged) so that the truck looked like new.
