    Yesterday morning, I had trouble starting my car and every now and then it will stall so finally I was able to drive down to the nearest service station which wasn't very far. Matthew and Carlos work on my car had it done by 3:30 and I drop it off at 11:30 that morning so I was quite surprised thinking it won't be ready the next day (Saturday) it would have been a different story had I take it in today. Diagnosis was the crankshaft sensor and they also changed the oil that I request it. All in all they did a great job would cost me an arm and a leg had I taken to a dealership God's know I would have been rip off big timed. Would definitely be back they have my business.

    Can we bring our own oil for oil change?

    Yes, customers can bring in their own oil and oil filters, and we will do the labor.

    Did anyone got their cv axles replaced here and how much? Do they have the parts that day as well?

    We do replace axles here and we can usually accommodate your needs the same day, as long as you come in early enough in the work day, or call ahead to discuss it with one of our service writers.

William was attentive and did more than expected, to make sure that I was contented. He managed the high level of environmental stress and plethora of patrons inside the store, who needed care. Being the solo employee on hand and repeatedly being pulled in multiple directions by guests I applaud him for being the exemplary, wondrous type of staff member who does not mind going above and beyond.

I understand there was only one person working the front, and I respect that he was doing his best to manage everyone. However, what I did not appreciate was the constant prioritizing of phone calls over the customers who were physically standing in line. If there's a policy that allows that, I must be missing it, because it felt backwards and dismissive. Overall, the customer service just felt off. I'm not one to make a scene or speak disrespectfully to service workers, but the way we were spoken to as if our waiting was an inconvenience to staff was disappointing and unprofessional. I hope this feedback helps improve future experiences.
