Yet, after they had the hood up, three guys began to bicker among each other. One short lean looking guy...by description, fussed around our carwith some scruffy unshaved salt and peppered olive skin guy with a beard. We knew something was going on but entrusted that they would do the right thing with the oil change process. They must have known that they did something to dislodge the coolant attachment to our engine and negligently let us drive off anyways. Our car's notice kept stating coolant issue. Yet, we thought it was a gliche because Valvoline just changed the coolant so we expected the notice would go away. Eventually, after taking it in for service, the main issue was the coolant damage they caused. We made a complaint to their customer service but they were bad. They had some manager contact me claiming it was wear and tear even though the light never came on until they touched the coolant area. Their customer service then claimed their regional manager would contact us. But, to date, crickets. They have not attempted to assist in the cost to the tune of $465 to fix the coolant repair nor pay the cost of being out of work, towe fees, taking ubers, and experiencing stress for being a senior with back and health issues, and not being able to walk to get groceries, etc.. My sincere suggestion is to consider the drama and bad business this location encourages. They vandalize and are dishonest in their business dealings. If you are a hard worker and simply need an oil change, go somewhere else and save yourself the heartache and the financial loss you never asked for.

Anyway, they fixed the problem and I should say they do a pretty good job there, I've been going off and on for 8 or 10 years and they've upgraded the facility consistently. I buy the yearly it's like $.70 a day for their second fanciest wash. You could skip going 65 days every year and still pay under $1 a day. (At least for now).

I went to Fast Eddies on 12/7 for a car wash, and after i got the car wash, went across the street to dry it better, and came across a long deep scratch that was not there prior, on my door, that goes all the way down to the metal. I immediately went straight back to the car wash, where i obtained an incident report, and WAS LAUGHED AT the entire time i went back there by the employee. He was actually laughing telling me that this will just get denied by the manager and that there is no way this could happen. He also told me that it is pointless to even fill out the incident report. First of all, if there is no way this could happen, why do you need a NOT RESPONSIBLE sign that you claim makes you not responsible for scratches, if you are so sure your car wash does not cause these things to happen?? This sign that you have posted at your entrance, sure has a lot of things you are not responsible for!! After i filled out the incident report, it says at the bottom that someone will contact you within 48 hours. I had to call myself on 12/10, which was 72 hours later, and was told that someone would call me the week after. After still not hearing anything, i gave them a call ONCE AGAIN on 12/22, and was finally able to talk to the car wash manager, which only told me that they need proof the scratch was not there before. I asked them to see the camera footage, and she told me that only corporate could get this for me, and to call them. I then reached out to corporate, again, and they told me the same thing that i would need proof. So here is where it gets SKETCHY. I ask corporate to allow me to see the video footage if they are so sure that the scratch wasn't caused by them, and she straight up told me not happening, and that i would need a COURT ORDER to be able to see this footage. This business has very sketchy ways of treating their customers, and after many years of going here, i am shocked that i am being treated like a liar, even though they cannot simply show me proof that the scratch was there prior to me getting a car wash by them. I just want to simply see the footage!! Prove to me that this was not done by you! The way you treat your customers is disgusting!! i am really not asking for a lot here.
