I booked Precision Tinting Kauai to retint all of my windows in my house. The workers came on time, were friendly and cleaned up after each window tint removal and install. The workers were fast and efficient, completing the entire house tint job in less then 8 hours. The tint that was suggested keeps my house cool from the afternoon sun... what a relief! I was very satisfied with the workmanship and would recommend the company to any homeowner considering tinting their home windows. read more

Friendly, professional, affordable and good quality! I am pleased with how my vehicle looks and how cool the interior is now.

I needed to replace my tinting on my back hatch window and drivers side window. I called last minute, on my day off, no appointment. Not only did they take me right away, Andrew one of the owners, drove me to the mall so I could wait there and look around instead of being stuck in their shop. They fixed it so quickly in like an hour and a half!! Did a fantastic job!! I have to share an additional above and beyond story as well. My trunk release in my car does not work, so it's very challenging to get into the trunk. You have to go through the back seat and since that was one of the windows I was tinting, it was challenging for them I'm sure. Albert, Andrew's business partner, went above and beyond and rigged up puley system with some of his fishing line to my trunk release. So now I actually have a brand new tinted back window on my hatchback Kia and I can get into my trunk as well!! Just beyond thrilled!! This is the second time I've used this Precision Tinting Kauai to tint my car windows, theyre fantastic!! Go and see Albert and Andrew, they will definitely take care of you island style with aloha!! Mahalo again, Albert and Andrew for your wonderful aloha, spirited customer service!!! Happy New Year to you both!! Nan "Naneki" Jordan read more

Used yelp for estimate. They responded quickly. A few weeks later brought our crv in. We were getting the windshield and front windows done but decided to do the whole car. The person was patient and informative. Work also done quicker than quoted. A couple hours. I'm enjoying the sun NOT beating on me. Suggestions: Go ceramic. Go with darkest for the trunk/storage area. That's where u put ur groceries and u want it the coolest possible. I wasn't thinking and went with one notch less. Appts can be same week. And their work is top notch. Price is reasonable. read more

a lot of people recommended this place to tint my new car and it was worth the hype ! Exceptional service from everyone; from the call to get a quote, to the two gentleman that worked on my car, everyone was very professional and nice. I only did my front and passenger windows and it took around 30 minutes. We were able to wait inside on the bench while we waited - it wasn't uncomfortably hot either as there was AC inside. Overall great experience 10/10 read more

I got my windows tinted by them yesterday. When I spoke to them over the phone, they were professional and friendly. Even called me back to fit me in to an earlier appointment than I had scheduled. When I got there, the shop was clean and not intimidating. They were just as friendly and professional as they were on the phone. They helped me pick out my tint quickly and without pressuring me to pick a certain one. I had my 11 month old baby with me and had no where to go while they tinted my windows, so he played (and screamed) on the bench provided for their customers. Despite it being a super hot day, we were still comfortable in the shop even though we were outside. (There's a food stand next door, but they only take cash!) They were quick and efficient. I was probably in an out of there in less than 45 minutes (for reference, I only had my drivers and passengers windows tinted) from when I arrived and when I drove off after talking story with another customer for a long time :). I have a lifetime warranty on my car's window tint, which is awesome. I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends. If I tint the rest of my car, I will be going back. read more

These guys are awesome! Took care of me when my out of state FJ would't pass state inspection. Shannon was able to squeeze me in when someone canceled and they did everything super quick including a new visor tint. Highly recommended! read more

Was able to get an appointment right away for the next day. They had an opening at 930am. Decided on the better tint to keep my ride cooler inside. They were professional and it was completed in the time promised. Free visor strip was a plus, just by checking in. Awesome service and would highly recommend! read more

This place is awesome! Bought a new car so I figured I'd go all out and tint the windows too (living on the edge, I tell you). Because I'm boring and have never tinted my windows before, I was a little nervous about the quality and cost to do so. But hey, spare no expense for my new whip, right??? Anyway, Andrew and Shannon were professional and polite and took the time to educate me about the different types of tint, what would be best to keep the heat out (important if you have black leather seats and a baby), what's legal limit, etc. My car was in and out in 4 hours and it looks amazing. Best part was that the pricing was a lot more reasonable than I expected! read more

We arranged to have our home windows tinted back in April. On the day they arrived my 89 year old mother was coughing ( just like she does everyday). Due to the virus the workers were uncomfortable,So they left and said they would contact us to reschedule. I understand why they left but they never called to reschedule. We have tried several times to contact them and my husband even went in to talk to them. Again they said they would call, but we have heard nothing from them. At this point not sure what to do. We have used them before and they were very efficient. ToM and Debbie read more

If you're looking to tint your vehicle, Precision Tinting Kauai is the place to go! Due to COVID, and having to be quarantined d/t interisland travel (my husband and I are essential workers), the only appointment we could get was in early December. However, Andrew always kept in touch and called to see if we were able to come in sooner! Not many business owners do this especially if they have a tight schedule, so we really appreciated this! Fortunately, They were able to squeeze us in last week, and we were so happy with the service and our purchase! The guys working at the shop were very friendly and approachable, and everything was explained to my understanding. I was very hesitant at first because I wasn't sure which option to go with. They have an interactive diagram on the counter that allows you to feel the amount of heat through each of the different grades of tint film. This was actually helpful because it was very clear to me which one I preferred - and this helped me to make my choice. I was told the estimated time to complete the job was 3 hours, which I didn't mind at all. They are so efficient, they got it done in half the time! They have a bench at the shop for customers that want to wait, or they also have a shuttle service if you want to be brought elsewhere. All in all, the service was top notch, and the quality of the tint is excellent. Thank you Precision Tinting Kaua'i! read more

I highly recommend Precision Tinting. Shannon and staff were very friendly and professional, and they provide great work for great price. They are worth the wait if you have to make an appointment. read more

We first worked with Precision Tinting for our business. They came out to our commercial kitchen to check out what we would need for privacy and heat reduction. Not only was their tinting job done very well they also had to remove a preexisting film the previous owner had on the window - not the easiest job since it was in pieces. Since then I have taken two cars to them for tinting. They are professional, friendly and get the job done in a quick amount of time. What more could you ask for? read more

Andrew and team were extremely easy to work with. He called me back right away and got me in within a few days. They did a great job on our car and would definitely recommend them to anyone on island. read more

This is the first time I got tint for a car I owned! The company was highly recommended by a few friends. Very happy that I went with them! They were able to book my car and my hubby's car back to back. I dropped off my car in the morning before they were even open and had my coworker pick me up. They have a locked box you can drop your keys in. Right around my lunch time, my car was finished.. it was so pretty! thanks for making the buying experience simple and easy! Just keep in mind they sometimes have a 1-2 week waiting period, they're that booked cuz they're that good! All well worth it! read more

Bad experience overpriced and service mediocre yah they'll call you when they see a bad review but it's just to take it down I'm suppose to her back from the owner for a refund he said he was going to take tint off and refund me that's the last I heard from him besides the bubbles in the tint and the scratches that showed up in the end I'm very disappointed read more

My second time there was as good as the first, I definitely recommend these guys. Top notch service all the way!
