Every time I call them for a price on my windshield. The numbers changed in the end. I went with them because they claim to be able to get my windshield in three weeks. I was willing to pay the higher price of other shops for the convenience Of time.In the end,. It took him 4 weeks to contact me. And he charged my credit card an additional $110 over the quoted price .I paid a total of $1030 when I could've got it somewhere else.For $830 He claimed to have a recording of our conversation and when I asked for him to send it to me, he actually didn't have one. read more

The guys at work here do not seem competent. Not only did it take over two months to get the very overpriced windshield ordered, when it came in, they told us they broke it while they were preparing it in the warehouse and it was THE SAME DAY THEY BROKE IT as our installation. We had to reschedule a number of Rentals and everyone who drove it was not happy about the fact that we had a cracked windshield. Never once did they offer ANY discount and they were expecting us to drop everything and cancel a $500 appointment to schedule when they were available! THIS HAS BECOME A SCHEDULING NIGHTMARE BECAUSE OF THEIR NEGLIGENCE. If you are looking for a reliable windshield company, this is not it. Do not use to replace windshield with insurance. They over charge and insurance will only cover fair cost. I ended up having to pay $759 directly to them and geico is only reimbursing me $401 with a $100 deductible. I'm so bummed I chose them cause they're a local company, but they got no aloha and scammed me. Plus the windshield glass looks weird at the bottom, like blurry and my car engine is suddenly not working. I'm so bummed out. Horrible service & communication. I was referred by my insurance company so I didn't have much of a choice. It was difficult contacting and scheduling a drive out but finally got it done. They ended up scratching my paint on both sides of windshield. Had to pay an additional deductible and hassle to go through my insurance. Then it took them over two weeks with multiple attempts to get a paid receipt so I can get reimbursed by my insurance. Horrible quality, horrible service! read more

Awful services I wish I could give this company NO STARS at all! My back windshield broke in the beginning of March, I called them to set up an appointment an I paid my deposit, they came to the house 2 weeks later as expected only to realize that they had ordered the wrong windshield so they told me I had to wait another 2 weeks, when the 2 weeks went by I haven't gotten a call from them not once, another week went by an I finally decided to just call them because I needed to know the status of my windshield. Every 2 weeks I called them an they keep saying the same thing I gotta wait another 2 weeks. 3 MONTHS went by an NOTHING, I kept calling every other week about my windshield an they keep telling me it's being shipped over but then I found out that during the 3 months that I been waiting an waiting, they had told me that THEY HAVENT EVEN ORDERED MY WINDSHIELD. At this point I am so pissed because here I'm thinking, maybe it's a long delay due to COVID, telling myself to just be patient about it but nope, these guys didn't even bother to even care about helping me at all. To many Lies, excuses an broken promises for 3 MONTHS! I told them that if they weren't gonna bother to help me then I can go else where for help so they said they were putting in the order that week. My dumbass gave them another chance to help me, still NO CALL from them for over 10 days. They then told me that my windshield came in but it broke in to peace's during the shipping. At this point I felt like that was all lies an that they probably didn't even order the windshield they just told me that to make me think that they did. I finally asked for a refund on my deposit an I immediately called Ace Auto Glass. I had to pay $300 more from what pacific windshields was charging me but u know what, IT WAS WORTH IT BECAUSE exactly ONE WEEK after I contacted Ace Auto, they came to my house an fixed my windshield!!! They did a great job replacing my windshield on my Mini. However 3 days later when I took the tape off as instructed, the side cover flew off on the highway. I made several calls, emails, texts - took over a week to hear back. Was told they would take care of it and have never heard back after multiple attempts to contact them. Always try to give my business to local folks but now am sorry I did not go with Safe Life. read more

Best on island! David & Chaela went above and beyond in service. I had backed my car up and hit a palm tree and my whole back automatic window had shattered! I would've had to replace my entire rear door but they improvised like macgiver and fixed it! These guys are awesome! David and Patrick came to my house and put in a new windshield on my xterra. Very quick and professional easy to get a hold of and schedule an appointment. I took the other windshield out myself so that I could inspect and repair the frame from rust. In doing so I pulled some of the molding pieces off and bent them. David stayed after the installation to make sure the whole thing was put back together properly which I would have struggled with and possibly damaged the new glass. They went above and beyond to help me and are super pono. If you need a windshield go with these guys! read more
