We had to reschedule a number of Rentals and everyone who drove it was not happy about the fact that we had a cracked windshield. Never once did they offer ANY discount and they were expecting us to drop everything and cancel a $500 appointment to schedule when they were available! THIS HAS BECOME A SCHEDULING NIGHTMARE BECAUSE OF THEIR NEGLIGENCE. If you are looking for a reliable windshield company, this is not it.
