Should I end up needing further surgery down the road - I will look no farther than Dr. Adajar. I highly would recommend him to any friend or family member. Thank you for the 100th time Dr. Adajar for being so amazing. I appreciate you.

So I made an appointment and did as she advised. Drs Osipova and Adajar were just as fantastic during that consult. I determined I was not going to go forward with surgery right now, but would work on some lifestyle issues to see if that would help. I had blood drawn and Dr Adajar let me know numbers and his recommendations based on my numbers. And then it went downhill. I talked with Dr. Adajar's assistant Michelle, and felt like I was being sold a used car. She wouldn't let me talk, and was just throwing out price tags for consultations that needed to take place, weight loss medicine and vitamins and hormones I needed to buy, etc. When I would try to talk, she wouldn't hear me and I finally just asked her to have Dr. Adajar call me so I could understand what this Xsculpt work was that he does, and talk through what would be the best course of action for me to take next. That request to talk to him was made over a month ago, and I haven't heard from him. I even texted him on his cell, since he used that form of communication with me after my blood test results were in. I got no response. The experience started out great, but then turned into something I didn't understand. And I am left with a bill to pay for the bloodwork and no course of action to take that you usually work out with a medical professional. I wanted to let others know about my experience here so they could take it into account if they decided to visit this office.

This is the first time I'm writing a review on my procedure. Six years ago I had a skinny bbl done…read moreby Dr Lorri Cobbins. I was naive at the time but I really wanted a little bit added to my bottom so I went in for a consult. I was also really skinny (like model skinny) so even then she told me oh yeah I've had patients your size or smaller do procedures by me, I wish she rejected me or at least did a less risky procedure since her skills didn't match the words I heard. My body was so perfect in every way before this procedure (just wanted a little boost on my bottom). I remember I said "I heard some peoples shoulders get bigger she was like "Oh no that's not true at all." She did Lipo to my stomach which barely had much fat, inner thighs, and back. Anyways 6 yrs later and I'm struggling with my body image. I've lost my confidence, my skinny bbl doesn't look great, can't find a solution because I have skin laxity on my back and stomach, scarring/tethering (again this is from the aggressive lipo she did and how she used the surgical tools), Lipo fibrosis on stomach and back and yes the upper back looks bigger. I followed all the instructions of wearing the compression garment and everything. The problem wasn't the aftercare instructions I perfectly followed, the problem was the poor surgical technique. She did aggressive lipo on me, took out too much fat because I was thin and ruined the look of my skin. I now have 2 rolls on my back that I never had before my procedure and I feel always bloated for some odd reason no matter what I eat healthy or not even though my diet didn't change. I only gained about 10 pounds (still at a weight women would love) but even with that if the surgical skills were good the body would grow out nice and even, it wouldn't look botched. I wish she rejected me and told me to come back in a year or 2 if I want something permanent after I try something temporary. I wish she told me thoroughly and openly what kind of problems can come up (this was only briefly discussed and none of the problems I have now were discussed as potential issues after surgery). I wish she gave me a temporary option or smaller procedure not as damaging as a first solution to see what it would look like. I didn't receive any other options. I think plastic surgeons (especially ones who've had botched outcomes from their work) need to give a couple options and really think about if the contouring will look nice with each option so the patient can have a good long term outcome and more people will trust them for procedures. Dr. Cobbins took away the most thing that made me confident back then and damaged my body. I am struggling in every way imaginable because of this procedure done by Dr. Lorri Cobbins. The most perfect parts of my body were ruined because of horrible surgical technique and now I am left grieving it. I struggle every day to look for a way to fix it and I'm too afraid to go to someone else that may further damage me. I don't take photos anymore like I used to, I don't try on clothes when I shop like I want to. I can't look at myself in the mirror the same way. Please if you want a better/different look try temporary cosmetic things first so they go away if you don't like them and you don't have to live with the permanent result of a botched procedure.

Everything from my first consultation through the procedure and follow-up was smooth sailing. All of my questions, no matter how small, were answered with thorough explanations to help me get the best result... and I truly believe I did. I waited a long time to get this surgery (probably longer than I should have, but that's a 'me' thing), and I couldn't be happier with my experience all-around. From the kind and knowledgeable staff, to the amazing on-site surgical center, right down to Dr. Cobbins' brilliant expertise and joyful spirit... My experience at the Aesthetic Institute was everything I wanted. The best part: it all fell within my budget. Dr. Cobbins, I can't thank you enough for giving me my self-confidence back.

Hoping to find another solution, I went to Dr. Fronza for a second opinion. After he reviewed my medical history and spoke with me about my concerns, he proposed a surgery that would get rid of my problems and save my spleen. He fought for me and what was best for my body, and made me feel at ease. Every time I saw him, he thoroughly answered all of my questions and was patient with me. I felt like we made decisions together, not like I was being told what would be done. I had surgery with Dr. Fronza in December 2016 (he was able to schedule surgery right away - a week out) and all went as planned. He was able to save my spleen and get me back to being 100% healthy. I never had to wait more than 5 minutes to see him, and scheduling new appointments with Cindy were very easy to do.

Not only were the treatment alternatives scary to me but the fact that he had never treated a case like mine made it even more so. I found Cindy to be rude and abrupt. Most of my interactions with her felt like I was unwelcome to ask questions or learn additional information necessary for the successful conclusion of my treatment. Cindy directed me to email Dr. Fronza with my questions. I faced a stressful week between my scheduled consultation to my scheduled surgery. My questions most of the time were answered briefly. I ended up canceling surgery with Dr. Fronza. I felt that It is critical that anyone facing any surgical procedure have complete confidence in their surgeon. With my surgical date getting closer I decided to seek a second opinion. I found several doctors familiar with cases like mine in another state. I went to consult with a surgical specialist. While their treatment alternatives were similar to Dr. Fronza they were very conservative In their approach. Today I can tell you that my surgery was successful but I chose to have it done by a surgeon very familiar with cases like mine. The reason for my low rating, poor communication between patient and doctor. Extremely rude and hard to get along with office staff

I can't say enough about Dr. Michael DeWolfe at Elevare MD…read more Over 10 years ago, I had what I can only describe as a botched breast augmentation. From the moment I woke up, I knew something wasn't right. The pain was intense, the recovery was miserable, and within a month one of my implants had already started to drop from their pocket. When I went back to that surgeon, I was told it was "normal" and could be fixed under local anesthesia. Something in me knew that wasn't right, and I chose not to go back. I ended up living for over a decade with results I was deeply unhappy with. I avoided certain clothes, felt uncomfortable in my own body, and honestly convinced myself it was "good enough" because I never wanted to go through that kind of experience again. I was eventually referred to Dr. DeWolfe by a friend who had an amazing experience with him, especially with reconstructive work. At my consultation, he was honest and straightforward. He told me my case would be challenging, but he was confident he could help. That honesty and confidence immediately put me at ease. It still took me about a year to work up the courage to move forward, but when I returned, we created a plan and I scheduled surgery that same day. From the moment I met Dr. DeWolfe on surgery day, his calm demeanor and reassurance made all the difference. And the biggest shock of all..when I woke up, I knew this experience was going to be completely different. I wasn't in pain. I was able to walk, eat, and function normally almost immediately. Even my mom, who had seen how difficult my first recovery was, couldn't believe the difference. Recovery was smooth. Of course there were moments of discomfort, but never anything close to what I experienced before. I barely needed pain medication and felt confident early on that everything had been done right. Now, at seven months post-op, I can honestly say the results are incredible. Dr. DeWolfe took on a very complex case and completely transformed it. I'm almost 40, and for the first time in my adult life, I feel confident in my body. I can wear the clothes I want, and I finally feel like myself again. I am beyond grateful to Dr. DeWolfe and his team. I will absolutely continue going to Elevare MD for future treatments. If you've had a bad experience in the past or are nervous about moving forward, I truly understand. But I can say with complete confidence..if Dr. DeWolfe can help me, he can help you. Book the consultation!!
