But again this is no fault of Ben, Ben did an amazing job on my wheels I even had some curb rash damage and it seems like he went above and beyond to correct it because I can't feel the damage anymore on the wheel not sure if he uses some sort of filler before coating but man the wheels look AMAZING!!! I was concerned that it'd be hard to get the joint properly repaired, and/or prohibitively expensive. I stopped by Custom Metal Manufacturing around opening time. The workshop is a treasure trove: minibikes, custom signs, and sculptures everywhere. Ed and Gerard were super friendly and great storytellers. Ed looked at the frame, said "I can fix that", and fired up his welding gear right away. Ten minutes of good conversation later the work was done, and at a very reasonable price. The joint is now reinforced with ample steel, and the hole is closed up. Everything I hoped for and more.
