We saw Dr. Rawson twice for a family member with back and leg pain (T.), before and after an MRI…read more He was very patient, explained the basis for his recommendations clearly (as well as what he thought would *not* help and why), and invited further questions. We now feel we have a better understanding of T's condition and best treatment options, unlike with most other doctors we consulted about the same condition. I've also never seen self-pay rates lower than CHARM's: $200 for an initial visit and $90 for followup.

I saw Dr. Elizondo for an EMG after having a terrible experience some years before. I vowed NEVER…read moreto see another neurologist again. Well, that was not something I could stick to as I have had 5 spine fusions, and I have permanent nerve damage. My doctor referred me to Dr. Elizondo. I was a WRECK on the day of my appointment. Dr. Elizondo knew as he took my pulse. He asked what was wrong. I told him I did not want to speak poorly of a colleague of his. He laughed and said it was fine if it was bothering me. I shared a bit about what had happened. He told me that he would be the "tiebreaker". I had ONE good experience before that awful one. He absolutely WAS the tiebreaker. I have Asperger's and though I have 5 Advanced Degrees, speaking to someone is difficult. Speaking with him was like talking to an old friend. The first thing was that he turned the lights down. Next? He made sure I was WARM. Nerves respond better when you are warm. Finally, he kept up the chatter and that kept me relaxed. He also explained the results as I asked questions because my background is in the sciences. I was fascinated. In any case, I have since referred several friends to his office. I trusted him. He was kind and compassionate. He LISTENED. His office was the same way. My husband would like me to add that his office had the BEST candy. I guess this is important if you are the spouse of a patient waiting in the waiting room. :D As an aside, if you schedule and must cancel, you must do so days in advance as there is a sizable cancellation fee if you do not. I did not experience this, but there are signs. This is understandable because it takes time to get in with the doctors there and their time is valuable. Just be aware if you do schedule. I highly recommend this office. Highly. My thanks to Dr. Elizondo. If I need to go back to see a neurologist, I will go back to see him. He was amazing. My thanks to him.

I tried physical therapy at another company (not ATI) which did absolutely nothing. I was really down as the weeks and months clicked by. My doctor suggested I try rehab again, and was connected with ATI, where I have been going for the last six weeks. I just completed my final session today and I am very pleased to say I have made more progress in that time than the other 46 weeks. This is all thanks to the amazing ATI team!! Not only is the team effective, but they are all highly professional and so pleasant to work with. Kirstin was my primary therapist, but I also worked with Dave and Jenny as well, and I give my highest recommendation to each one of them. They were very effective getting me back to doing the things I love with no pain, and showed genuine care for my progress. The team at ATI treated me effectively and with great care. I only wish I would have gone to them sooner. I cannot recommend them any more highly - thanks all!!

DONT USE DR SHOC FOR SURGERY!!! My first impression of Dr…read moreShock and his office was great, he had great bedside manner, he was friendly and seemed knowledgeable for basic podiatry. I WAS an avid runner and was having a slight issue of a bone spur. After a couple of steroid shots, Dr Shock recommended I get a simple surgery since I met my deductible and could do this easy surgery and be on the mend quickly. WHAT A HORRIBLE MISTAKE IT WAS LISTENING TO HIM!!! He should be not be practing medicine and sued for malpractice for my surgery. I underwent the surgery on his advice and was healing fine, inside the foot, perfect healing, no swelling, no pain, and I went in for the follow up. I had a tiny red dot on the outside suture where the stitch was sticking out. Instead of snipping the stitch off, he said. Oh I'm going to open this up and clean it out. I thought it was strange to do this but he's the expert (so I thought) and went home. A few days later my foot began to swell, got extremely red, and started to form an infection with oozing and puss. I kept calling the office and sending in pictures and time passed. Finally he said come in after 2 weeks. My foot got an infection from him opening it up and "cleaning it out" from my own bacteria that lives on the outside of the skin. He then tells me i have to have surgery again to clean it up. I come out of the second surgery and due to his negligence and the delays on his part, my ligaments on the inside were eaten by the bacteria so my pinkie toe has no support. I now live with a pinky toe that is elevated and cannot fit into many does, I have no feeling in the outside of my foot and can't wear many shoes because my toe sticks up and is very painful and embarrassing. DONT TRUST HIM FOR SURGERY!! Go to an orthopedic surgeon, NOT A podiatrist !! I live with this everyday, It effects my everyday life, makes it hard to play pickleball, run, and even wear heals. I would steer away from this practice at all costs.

He was kind enough to share them and to explain them as we progressed. I have old nerve damage. It's permanent. No new, though. My husband wants me to share that they have the "best" candy there. :D This is important if you are a spouse waiting for your partner, I guess. They do have a sizable cancellation fee if your cancellation is not done within a certain number of days. That's fair considering that it takes time to get an appointment there. It's just something a new patient should be aware of. I have now recommended quite a few friends to this office and to this doctor. I was so touched by his kindness and his compassion. His staff was equally kind. If I ever need to be seen again, and though his office is quite far from my home, I will go to Dr. Elizondo. He restored my faith in neurologists. My thanks, Dr. Elizondo.
