Then after no calls I called and was told they will order my son's replacement straps for Donjoy braces. Said they should be in by the following Friday before playoffs. Called Thursday "today" before playoff games and now told it will be another week and a half. They seem annoyed by the call and rarely answer when you do call. This is not the first time and though the braces are top of the line the customer service is trash.

They never answer their phone, takes three messages to get someone to call you back. Small sign on…read moreclear door which you can't see from parking lot, other businesses have signs out front. Once you get there no one is on the front desk you have to go looking for someone. Then they inform you that they can't verify your insurance (after calling you friend several times) because they don't have the capability to do that. Don't go here! Unprofessional!
