It was like when I ask a question it kinda of threw him off script and my question was never really addressed and his sales pitch was so fast I was afraid to ask anymore questions.... seemed irritated for a sale. I was also a little set back on the cost to be honest. Once again the salesman was super helpful and nice, but just needs to relax :)

While wearing my Brooks I do not need my inserts. My inserts were in my work shoes. While cleaning out my shoe drawer, I must of had a pair of inserts in a pair of shoes I tossed. Clearly an accident. I called the Good Feet store and they said, no problem, since you have the lifetime membership a new pair of inserts will just cost $20. So today I go in and the lady said I was told wrong. First of all, all the employees should be on the same page. She said since I don't have the old pair, the new pair would be about $400. She acted like she could give me a $100 discount so they would be around $300. I think I spent $1200 or so up front for these inserts. I said that was crazy and left. I felt so let down by this company. I will never spend another dime on their products. Consumers BEWARE!!!

This review pertains to Aqua Soles shoe insoles. I'm Really Frustrated. Ordered the item on the…read morecompanies website, using a credit card on September 17, 2012. Waited over two weeks and got nothing. Called and talked to Vernon (the owner) on October 1, 2012 and was told that he wasn't sure when they went out, but to wait a week and call him if I haven't received them. Called on October 10, 2012 and was told by Vernon that they were shipped on 9/20/12 and he wasn't sure if they got lost in the mail or maybe somebody at his business marked them as being shipped but didn't actually ship them. He said he would mail out another pair. Called on October 18th and was told by Vernon that they were mailed on October 11th and to wait until next week to see if they arrived. He even suggested that maybe somebody at the Post Office stole them the first time, liked them so much that they stole the second shipment. WOW, at this point, I expressed my frustration with the customer service or lack there of that I've received. I will be following up and updating this review at the conclusion of this transaction, be it actually receiving the item or my filing a report to the BBB. So far I've concluded that this is bad customer service at best or a sham at worst. We ll see. Update: I waited until October 23rd and still have not received the product. I called Aqua Soles and this time I got a message that the party can't be reached and to leave a message. It then told me that this mail box was full and could not accept any messages. I'm going to call my credit card company and get them involved. Stay tuned. Update: On October 25th I called Aquasoles for a 5th time and had the same results of the party not being available, to leave a message, and of course the voice mail box was full. I called my credit card company and opened a dispute. Furthermore, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I've concluded that this is a total sham.

The medical care is adequate, even more then adequate…read more  The problems are with the front desk and the billing department.  I went in for care on 1/15/2025.  I was told it would cost $250 or so.  I paid the amount (plus a surcharge for using a credit card).  Later when Medicare and my insurance processed the claim they said I owed about half that amount. I called Billing and had to leave a message.  The recording said they would call back the next day.  I waited a few (week) days and...no call back.  So I called Billing again and left a message.  Same result, no call back.  So I called the main office (during business hours) and had to leave a message.  Same result as my messages to Billing, no call back.  So I called Billing again and again left a message including the notice that I will cancel my appointment the next week if this issue is not resolved.  That time they returned my call.  The issue was resolved to my satisfaction. At that appointment they took an x-ray of my feet.  I asked the tech if I could have a CD copy of my x-ray.  She did not say no, just sort of acquiesced .  I forgot to ask for the CD when I left. Next appointment on March 26 I asked for the CD and was told they don't have CDs of x-rays.  They said they could email the x-ray.  I confirmed my email address.  When the x-ray didn't arrive I called the office and left a message.  Again they never called me back. I also logged into the portal and attempted to send them a message.  When I clicked Compose I got a window that asks, ":What type of message do you want to compose?".  But there is nothing to select nor anyplace to enter any text.  So there is no way to message them. Normally I would give this information to "management" but there doesn't seem to be any way to do that with a non-functioning compose window.  So now I am resorting to yelp.
