I frankly almost left in tears. They didn't understand my questions and didn't take the time to listen and just treated me as if I was a car on the line. Kelly Caudle is the worst and a bit too arrogant and uncaring for my taste. And what's absolutely the most important is that I had a skin lesion that I needed her to look at, but I was so broadsided by their ill-treatment that I forgot to ask. Will never be back.

I almost never write negative reviews online, but at this point I have reached out way too many…read moretimes. I started going here when I was a student, and let them know early on that I wouldn't always be in town. They (multiple times, even after I addressed it) scheduled appointments without my knowledge or consent. They charged me for those appointments I didn't make and therefore didn't show up to. That can't be legal, ESPECIALLY after I explicitly told them to stop. More than that, I had multiple prescription errors over the course of more than a year. My dermatologist is great, but I am switching providers and I'm extremely angry. The office comes off as very scammy, and I now have to hunt down the bills for services I literally did not ask for.
