True to his words. I ordered a nonworking smart key fob for a new vehicle purchase and he told me to return the nonworking fob and get one from the websites he showed me. He also promised to come back free of charge since I already paid for the service for the nonworking key and program the new key once it arrives. The new key came, he came that afternoon and successfully programmed it. Now, I got a spare! Thanks man! read more

Precision Locksmith has been a life saver. Coming on the same day called, Adam changed all the hardware on our entry locks for our newly purchased mobile home assuring our security. Special work was required as the front door had been jimmy rigged by the previous owners. Adam went out of his way for specific equipment to fix the door. Three weeks later when the front lock jammed, Adam was on it immediately to get it working smoothly again. If it's a reliable locksmith you need, Precision Locksmith is your best choice. Thanks Adam for being here for us. read more

I purchased a used car that only came with one smart key so I needed to get a 2nd one made. I requested a quote directly through Yelp and Adam responded promptly. With my vin #, Adam ordered the correct key, came directly to my house to program it and I was all set in less than 1 hour. Saved me a ton of time because I didn't have to drive anywhere. The process was so seamless that it almost felt like I ordered the service through Amazon prime and two days later, he was at my door and got it all handled. I would recommend Adam if you are looking for a locksmith that is responsive and knowledgeable. read more

Abdullah at Precision Locksmith is the man. Excellent customer service. Extremely responsive. Very reasonable price. I requested a duplicate key quote from him on yelp in the evening at 9 pm and not expecting a response until the next day. Well, I was wrong. He responded within 2 hours to let me know the cost and his next availability. The quote he gave me was very reasonable. I provided my vin number a picture of the key. He arrived at my house the following day and it took about 10 minutes to program the duplicate key. The whole process was painless and he is a super friendly guy. Great experience. Highly recommend. Abdul saved me from having my Prius towed! The Elk Grove Water District was doing construction on my street. The EGWD guys were so nice that instead of just having my car towed out of their way, they called and asked if it was car. Long story short, my car battery was dead, the FOB wouldn't work of course and the key inside the FOB was never cut at the dealer. Abdul got to my house within 10mins, opened my car and cut my key for a very reasonable fee. He even jumped start my car! He deserves 5 for his excellent services. I lost the spare fob/key for the Ford truck and was able to order one that needed to then be taken to a locksmith to cut the key and program it to the truck. I found Precision on a google search and since it was nearby and had good ratings I gave them a call. Here are all the pluses: 1) An actual live person immediately answered the phone and did not put me on hold. 2) He listened and asked pertinent questions, gave me a quote, and said he could do it within the hour if I could get to his place by then. 3) When I got there he was pleasant. 4) He knew what he was doing and was able to complete the task within about 20 minutes. 5) He checked to make sure everything on the fob was working. Excellent place, I couldn't have asked for more! read more

When my partner and I headed out to our outdoor patio, we got locked out. No keys, no open windows, just my cell. We requested for quotes to multiple vendors on Yelp and Precision Locksmith was the first one to respond with a fair price. Abdullah came over pretty quickly , within 30 minutes or so and got our door opened! He made sure to ask for proof of residence for safety. Greatly appreciated. High recommended! read more

We first called Adam with a bit of an emergency at our church (one of the locks on a classroom door would not open) and despite the lock on the door being twice his age and no longer in production, he managed to find a solution for us so that we were able to get in and out the classroom the same day. We decided to have him come back at a later date and fix all of our broken and out of date locks. He has been out three times now, I think, and has been great throughout the process! The prompt and efficient work has been much appreciated by our parish and Adam was very friendly and really good about communicating with us during the project. We will definitely be contacting him again if we ever need anything else fixed. read more
