I highly recommend Bullseye Leak Detection and Jeremy Garcia. After another company was unable to locate the source of our pool leak, Jeremy came in, thoroughly evaluated the situation, and successfully found the problem. What impressed me most was not only his expertise, but also how quickly the issue was resolved once the leak was identified. Jeremy was proactive throughout the entire process, kept us informed, and approached everything with a positive, professional attitude. It's not always easy to find contractors who combine technical skill with great customer service, but Jeremy did exactly that. He was a pleasure to work with, and I would not hesitate to recommend Bullseye Leak Detection to anyone dealing with a difficult or hard-to-find pool leak. read more

When you hire someone as specialize as locate pool leaks, you hope he's an honest guy. There is no way we can positively identify where the leaks were. They can with their equipments. Jeremey came and did the test and right away, he was able to identify the leak. So we spent $2500 open up the concrete and replaced the skimmer. It took about 2 days. And he has someone else over to do the repair. Then he came back to retest it seems supposed was cleared. However, I noticed the water level dropped unusually fast so I know something is wrong and asked him to come check again. His policy was retest will be charged $150 instead of new test of $550. Anyway, he suspected another leaks on the return which will cost another $1000-2000 to open up to determine where the leaks were. I was concerned, because I didn't want to open up and turned out it may be somewhere else. He then did a dye test and was able to identify the leak and plugged it instead of open up and replace the leaks. Which worked and saved me $1500. Looking back, the original leak could be at the return. If he used dye test on all the return, we may have identify that leak and save a lot of money. Anyway, leak was fixed and he ended up didn't change me for the retest and plugging the leak. So that was nice. read more

Hired Jeremy because of the reviews. He did not disappoint. My water meter was consistently moving at a slow rate and had him come out to find the hidden leak. Initially thought it was in my backyard and had that leak fixed but my water meter was still moving. He was able to comeback at no charge and found the reason why the meter was still moving, it was due to a water filter under my kitchen sink. Had no issues since read more

I highly recommend Bullseye Leak Detection. Jeremy Garcia is the owner. He showed up on time, and quickly found the underground leak in my irrigation supply line (which is always on). It was impossible for me to find the leak on my own, because though the leak was sizeable, no water was coming to the surface. The equipment he uses works. I hired Bulls eye leak detection to find a leak in our exterior dry wall. He charged me full price, he was unable to find the leak and gave a vague report mentioning a 'possible' condensation line issue. I then found out visible water inside one of the rooms that he already checked and where he had said there was no leak. I sent pictures of the leak that I found and wanted him to come back and check. He stopped responding to my calls and messages. Even on the day of appointment he forgot to turn back the water and I called him about the issue, he was grumpy but I let that slide. I now realize his work is also not thorough and avoiding messages after payment shows he is unprofessional. read more

Daniel came out to inspect my pool leak, 2 days after I called in to report it. This is to all who is in need of someone in the leak detection business. Please use this review as a cautionary for those who don't know about the contractors and or leak detection industry. My folks are in their late 70's now, and need my help in the upkeep and maintenance of there beautiful home. They have a rather large pool in the backyard, that had a severe leak. I had to fill the pool with water about every 2 to 3 days, because of water level loss. I shopped around,, and called several Leak Detection places. 1.) First of all, I couldn't believe how expensive, and the fact that very few would come out the same morning/day I needed service, until I came across Bullseye Leak Detection, Owner Jeremy Garcia. I noticed immediately his demeanor was one of a good vibe, he took time to talk to me, and showed a genuine interest in my problem. 2.) I expressed to Jeremy how urgent the problem was.....& He agreed to come out that very day, even though he was booked for the day. 3.) His price was awesome, One flat rate, of $350-$400 , & said He would work for how ever long it took to find the problem. None of the other contractors would not do this. In the end, He even came back to check on things for me the next day. Other companies were $600 to start, & after that $150 per hour after 2 hours. Jeremy found the problem in 30 minutes, fixed it and left in 45 minutes.!! Jeremy was respectful and very mindful of my mothers flower bed, grass area, and her home, and was careful where he put his tools. He cleaned up after himself and was overall just a great worker, simple and honest. A truly great experience! Thanks Bullseye Leak Detection!!!! read more

Summary: EXPENSIVE & DEFECTIVE SERVICE - Jeremy came out to detect a leak. We already knew there was a leak in the line from the street to the home (because the leak would continue even if we shutoff water to the home and only way the leak would stop is by shutting off water at the mains). We also knew there was another leak somewhere by shutting off and opening different valves. We called Jeremy because we wanted to know where to dig exactly and repair. After spending about 2 hours, Jeremy pointed out a location of the leak as being under a bush (see picture for report) and charged us $515 for it. We spent $6,500 to have the entire line dug up and guess what .. there wasn't any water line in the location Jeremy pointed out (picture attached). The pipe evidently runs at least 5 feet away. And of course we still had another leak somewhere that Jeremy had not detected. I tried patiently to try and get him out to find that leak - he assured me that if there was another leak, he would come out and detect it "free of charge". First he said, he needs the plumbers who repaired the pipe to confirm there was still a leak (which they did), then he said we should get the irrigation shutoff checked (which we did, there was no leak there). Then he was unresponsive for a day, he said he had the flu. A couple of days later he said it was Covid and not the flu, so it'll take longer. Finally, I ran out of patience and asked him for a refund of the fee I paid him. He continued his delay tactics of not being able to chat because he was busy for a few days. He kept insisting he wants to talk about it and come up with more reasons why it wasn't his fault. When I insisted on a firm response on if he will refund for a faulty leak detection which cost me $6500 to repair and another $515 for him and $200 for the landscaper to check the irrigation connections, he said he wouldn't. So potential customers, please be aware of what service you are signing up for. The plumbing repair company said he'd done a bad job, not marked the lines and potentially caused damage by pressurizing the plumbing too much (while trying to detect a leak). They recommended going with American Leak Detection. I will give Jeremy credit for trying to do a diligent job initially, and for correctly identifying a leak at another property (and when I negotiated with him, he charged me $400 for that since it was easier and quicker to find that leak). That leak detection saved me from tearing up concrete. But I can't imagine if that leak detection was also wrong like the first one, I would have spent another $5000+ only to find out there was no pipe there OR the leak was elsewhere. Adding a response to Jeremy's reply (10/28): 1) Nowhere in his response does he admit he completely misdiagnosed the leak in the main line. I repeat there was NO PIPE within 5 feet of his identified spot. He has conveniently chosen to overlook that. His response when I showed him a picture of the house to point out the pipe doesn't run where he pointed it out, his response "wow, beautiful picture of your house". Nice diversion tactic to avoid accepting that you badly messed up this leak. As you can see from his response he tries to talk about everything except that he completely misdiagnosed this leak. 2) Yes, I did go with a different plumber not because they were cheaper, but because that company was within my home warranty's network, and my portion of the costs were reduced. 3) Yes, I chose to have the pipe replaced because HIS recommended plumber and the one I chose offered a repair cost that was about $2,500 vs. $7K for replacement, but recommended replacing it to avoid further issues. Per Jeremy's suggestion, if I had chosen to repair the pipe, no plumber would have found any pipe where he pointed out the supposed leak. I would have had to replace the pipe anyway or spend more money digging up the concrete where the pipe actually was. 4) And re: submitting the review, I had no choice. I have text evidence of how he kept trying to delay fixing his mistake. And as mentioned in my original review, I was tired of his delays and asked for a refund. He tried to delay that conversation too and when I insisted on a response, he said he wouldn't refund. So I told him that I'm filing a complaint with BBB and Venmo (to dispute the payment) AND submitting reviews on Yelp. There was no threat or implication to do so before he refused to provide a refund. I have text evidence. And if Jeremy has evidence that I threatened a bad review (which is wholly deserved) before he refused a refund, I'd like to see that. 5) And yes, as Jeremy notes, my original outreach said leak in lines FROM meter. I'm not a plumber or contractor who knew that the line from the meter first goes to the house and then to the irrigation system. But by closing different valves, we knew the leak was in the line from the meter. Thanks Jeremy for confirming what we already knew as stated in my review. read more

Came out, found the issue. He was very responsive to my message and came out on short notice

First time I called Jeremy I had a big underground water leak that was not visible. He provide the cost estimate beforehand, came out on time, was very professional and pleasant to work with. Using his special equipment he found the leak without any problems which I later fixed. The best thing about working with Jeremy was that I spend a few minutes explaining the issue and then I went to work. He called me 2 hours later when it was all done. A few months later I noticed my water meter ticking again and I called Jeremy once more. He came out and diagnosed the leak which was now inside the house. Since the leak was minor, I decided to wait to find out if my insurance covers internal leak detection services before I proceed with the expense. Jeremy was understanding even though he drove all the day down to my house to perform the work. He also gave me some good tips of what to look for if the leak is more obvious. Long story short: Jeremy is a good guy, does a great job and is nice to work with, which is uncommon in this line of work. I'm very particular and can recommend Jeremy to anyone. read more
