The project also required installing a channel drain to correct the years long issue of rainwater running into our garage. The work they've done corrected this issue and we couldn't be happier. Additionally, we had an issue with the angle of our driveway as our house is on an incline such that the bottom of our car scraped when we would drive in and out of it. A friend recommended Carl from Guarco Construction, so we reached out. He came over to take a look and we were struck by how knowledgeable, personable, and professional he was. By the time he gave us a quote and left, we decided not to approach anyone else for a quote and hired Carl and Guarco Construction for the job. He listened very closely to us and showed how he fully understood our needs for the job. When he and his crew arrived, they were professional, efficient, and effective. They completed all their work in a few hours. We're so pleased with how the driveway turned out, it feels brand new and doesn't scrape our car at all anymore! I highly recommend Carl and Guarco Construction to anyone, we couldn't have asked for a better team for the job.

My leak has been happening for 7 years with countless people coming out to help (mostly patchwork/sealing) and then even a contractor who came out twice to look (and talk a lot) and was going to do so me dirt fill in thing but... NEVER came back. JP not only came out immediately to look at the job, but he started the work within a few days of that initial inspection. The job took one full day and, what timing-- it rained 3 inches two days later. I would have had to be down there all day with the leak with a wet vac/shop vac in order to avoid water damage. Instead, I went down to check every hour (as it was a practice I was used to whenever it rained) and NO WATER!! The quality of work was amazing --he was a perfectionist about the cementing (the floor he dug up) at the end of the job. Thank JP Adele
