I was ready to fire these guys as my cars were being held capitive in the garage waiting on the new garage door. So they finally show up three weeks later and install the door and I had to shell out another $500 for a garage door motor to boot because apparently the motor I had couldn't support their new door. A detail I might add that was conveniently left out of the original order! So 12 hours after installation my wife tells me the door doesn't work. Sure enough, the remotes just cause the NEW motor to just make a clicking noise. I have to manually lift the door. I try to call them back, but surprise surprise there is no customer service number anywhere on my invoice! I had to Google the f****n company to get a phone number to reach them! Once I did, they had the audacity to ask me how I got their number! Then the earliest service call they had was two days later! Funny how they came over the day we called for a new door and secured $1,200 for services, but they were unavailable to fix their install for two days. So two days go by and the door starts to work...I don't know how, but it does. So I call them at 6:15AM to cancel the service call, which is anywhere from 8:00AM to 10:00AM,...the door stops working at 6:50AM, I call back to reinstate the service call, only to find out that I have to wait two more days for a service call! I lose it on the phone and ask how my time slot was rescheduled in the past 30 minutes when the service tech's haven't even shown up to work yet! I have had it with this bozo outfit and am reporting them the BBB, Yelp, Facebook, Twitter and any other media outlet available to warn good folks that these guys are overpriced and incompetent. STAY AWAY FOLKS, THIS COMPANY LACKS ANY PRECISION in all aspects of their business. read more
