We called twice and each time she reassured us she would pass the message along, but it seems no one was made aware because the moving team arrived at the wrong time. At the same time, she created confusion about our quoted rate as well as other details regarding our move that had already been ironed out with Carlos. She was absolutely unhelpful and only made our move more stressful.
