While they seem to get new equipment more regularly than other locations, maintenance on some old equipment seems to be harder to execute. The good: State of the art treads and bikes make cardio work enjoyable. A wide range of equipment and floor space to do your own strength training is also plentiful. The not so great: The rowers specifically in the workout area upstairs don't seem to be calibrated correctly. They also hold a wide number of special classes, both at the location as well as local parks to keep your fitness journey fresh. If you are looking for fitness community, join them for one of the activities they host at their onsite lounge. This location also does a nice job of keeping all areas clean and presentable.

Because of Lejla and John and how encouraging they are and how motivating they are. Lejla and John are amazing people to be around and their energy is contagious. The classes and people that attend are great. I'd consider them all closer then most family members. When you go, don't be intimidated because you can't do stuff. Try, try, try! You're there to learn real world self defense with the bonus of getting into shape. No one there cares what you look like, the shape you're in or if you have any previous experience. Every class you either learn something new or practice what you've learned. No one puts anyone else down or judges.
