I was pretty happy with my experience here for a variety of reasons:…read more 1) They answered the phone when I called. It seriously annoys me when salons do not answer the phone. 2) Parking? Easy. 3) The salon was NOT ridiculously decorated or colored. I don't appreciate staring for an hour or two at walls that seem to be screaming at me. 4) My stylist, Samantha, listened to what I wanted and did not force her own opinion on me. She seemed to get my overall personal style and when I said I want to try to add some length, she said, cool, and didn't try to change too much. I am one of those people who constantly changes her style, but now that I've found a certain look that works for me, I want a stylist who will be laid back and go with it. There is nothing worse than a close-minded, judgmental stylist who doesn't care what you want. Also, in general, she seemed like a nice person. We talked to each other about life and hobbies. It bugs me when a stylist gets all into malicious gossip with the other people in the salon. Yuk. I mean, what does she say about me and my hair when I leave? Props to Samantha.

The staff is friendly; the lady was nice enough to recommend Diva Den to me and I am VERY glad that she did; Diva Den did an AMAZING job! Over all I would say: SKIP this place, just head over to Diva Den around the corner from PRN and SUBWAY; ask for Ms. Shea Sessions -- she is AMAZING!!! - *Star

I said "so if I walked in at the exact same time I would not be able to get my nails done?" He laughed like this was amusing, then beat around the bush. I have been coming to VIP nails for over a year. They…read morealways do an amazing job so for that they get 3 stars. They also do provide a complimentary wine, soda, or beer with pedicures. Now as time has went on, they've drastically increased their prices. I paid $85 for a brand new full set, went in to get a fill and they tried to charge me $75. That's just ridiculous. They started charging $15 extra just for gel polish. Another extra $5 for French tips. $15 extra for length. It's became to expensive so that is why I've docked 1 star. And the workers... some are super sweet. Some you can tell their talking about you but you can't understand so it can get uncomfortable sometimes. Clean location. Good vibes for the most part.
