She said she got her hair done here, and she recommended Amanda or Tasha. I called and Tasha booked me in for an appointment. I honestly can't say enough nice things about this place and the people! Tasha took the time to explain to me what she thought went wrong with the previous stylist, she explained everything that she was planning on doing and why, and she addressed all of my concerns in a courteous and professional manner! Everyone there is SUPER nice, helpful, and professional...and everyone there seems to actually LIKE working there! My hair actually turned out how I wanted it and now I have a friendly and professional person to go to from now on! I definitely recommend this place!!

I have been receiving my haircut here since 2005 but the owner, Kim, was cutting my hair elsewhere…read morefor two years before that. When she opened her shop, I followed. My daughter had grown her hair very long and wanted it cut to donate to Wigs for Kids for a child…read morewith cancer. I brought the instructions with me for what Wigs for Kids requires, and Heather took care of it quickly and efficiently. She then crafted a layered look for my daughter's new short hair. I can't describe what she did because she has skill beyond my understanding. But I can describe the result. I think my daughter has never looked better, and she feels great. But this is not only because of the new haircut. The people in the salon, including owner Kim, kept encouraging my daughter for her donation intentions, making the whole atmosphere positive and fun. While I was there, Heather and Kim also did color treatments for women and cuts for men ranging many years' difference in age--including myself. I had not intended to get a trim when I entered, but Heather was on a roll, and her fade on my hair makes me look five years younger. Heather and Kim can give you a unique image, but they are also unique people, with kind hearts to match their professionalism that keep all kinds of customers returning. Thank you so much, Heather.

I was pretty happy with my experience here for a variety of reasons:…read more 1) They answered the phone when I called. It seriously annoys me when salons do not answer the phone. 2) Parking? Easy. 3) The salon was NOT ridiculously decorated or colored. I don't appreciate staring for an hour or two at walls that seem to be screaming at me. 4) My stylist, Samantha, listened to what I wanted and did not force her own opinion on me. She seemed to get my overall personal style and when I said I want to try to add some length, she said, cool, and didn't try to change too much. I am one of those people who constantly changes her style, but now that I've found a certain look that works for me, I want a stylist who will be laid back and go with it. There is nothing worse than a close-minded, judgmental stylist who doesn't care what you want. Also, in general, she seemed like a nice person. We talked to each other about life and hobbies. It bugs me when a stylist gets all into malicious gossip with the other people in the salon. Yuk. I mean, what does she say about me and my hair when I leave? Props to Samantha.

The person who I had booked for my blonding was more expensive than the other stylists in the salon, which I intentionally wanted that person. I came in and I talked with the person I booked with. They then went and put in extensions on a coworker who worked there and I had two girls color, tone and cut my hair. The stylist I booked and paid extra for only blow dried my hair. I was upset with that but still left happy with my color. I got home and looked at the back of my hair.. I genuinely cried over how bad it looked. Not only did my hair turn out awful with 2000s streaks, I had hot spots and my hair was so, so brassy. I also paid extra for a stylist who didn't even touch my hair. The salon was nice and the girls who did my hair were so sweet, but my hair looked like a raccoon :(

I booked a blowout service for my birthday last week- and my hair was past the middle of my back…read more When I was in the chair my stylist noted that I didn't have any layers in my hair and that if I did it would make my blowout look better. I agreed to long layers (as I've had them before and knew that they shouldn't take too much off the overall length) and she washed it, cut it, and styled it. Imagine my surprise when my hair is now shoulder length. She had cut over 8 inches off my hair and also didn't add any "layers" to boot. I am extremely pissed and will not recommend any body I know to receive salon services- even a blowout- at this location. Paid $75 for them to chop over 8 inches off of my hair that I absolutely did not agree to. Edit: I went in to request a refund and the store manager (I did not catch her name) was extremely helpful. I ended up receiving a full refund for the services. I still wouldn't recommend the salon to others and of course my hair won't be magically lengthened, but the customer service was excellent and the store manager definitely helped soften the blow from my terrible chop.
