I can't describe what she did because she has skill beyond my understanding. But I can describe the result. I think my daughter has never looked better, and she feels great. But this is not only because of the new haircut. The people in the salon, including owner Kim, kept encouraging my daughter for her donation intentions, making the whole atmosphere positive and fun. While I was there, Heather and Kim also did color treatments for women and cuts for men ranging many years' difference in age--including myself. I had not intended to get a trim when I entered, but Heather was on a roll, and her fade on my hair makes me look five years younger. The person who I had booked for my blonding was more expensive than the other stylists in the salon, which I intentionally wanted that person. I came in and I talked with the person I booked with. They then went and put in extensions on a coworker who worked there and I had two girls color, tone and cut my hair. The stylist I booked and paid extra for only blow dried my hair. I was upset with that but still left happy with my color. I got home and looked at the back of my hair.. I genuinely cried over how bad it looked. Not only did my hair turn out awful with 2000s streaks, I had hot spots and my hair was so, so brassy. I also paid extra for a stylist who didn't even touch my hair. The salon was nice and the girls who did my hair were so sweet, but my hair looked like a raccoon :(

I booked a blowout service for my birthday last week- and my hair was past the middle of my back…read more When I was in the chair my stylist noted that I didn't have any layers in my hair and that if I did it would make my blowout look better. I agreed to long layers (as I've had them before and knew that they shouldn't take too much off the overall length) and she washed it, cut it, and styled it. Imagine my surprise when my hair is now shoulder length. She had cut over 8 inches off my hair and also didn't add any "layers" to boot. I am extremely pissed and will not recommend any body I know to receive salon services- even a blowout- at this location. Paid $75 for them to chop over 8 inches off of my hair that I absolutely did not agree to. Edit: I went in to request a refund and the store manager (I did not catch her name) was extremely helpful. I ended up receiving a full refund for the services. I still wouldn't recommend the salon to others and of course my hair won't be magically lengthened, but the customer service was excellent and the store manager definitely helped soften the blow from my terrible chop.

I won't be shopping this store again because of the attitudes of the sales staff.
