Moisture in our breaker box was through a hole in our siding where a ground wire is located. TJ pulled out our breaker box, showed us where the moissture is coming in from and advised us on doing the minor repair. They were very understanding and talked me through the whole process. On the day of the job, they called me and told me what they would be completing. They called me back later when they had an issue (one with my house, not an issue they created) they did have to enter my home, and they left it very clean! I couldn't have asked for anything else from this group of guys, we got every single question answered from start to finish. They explained it in terms I understood and have called me every single time I needed it. I would recommend them to absolutely anyone! I've called three times for their "warranty service" with no response or repair. As far as an employer goes this company is not a good company to work for…read more They have two drivers in the company that have caused more damage than any other driver yet they manage to keep them on the insurance but another driver who had a fantastic track record as far as driving concrete pumps and they fired him over one tiny accident. The daughter is allowed to run the company and she has no professional demeanor nor a clue on how to run a company what so ever. If she had to actually work for a large corporation she would have been fired within her first week. She has a tendency to yell at the drivers as if they were 2 year olds instead of sitting them down and talking with them like a professional adult. They claim to be christian however when the chips are down they will throw you to the wolves so to speak. If you are not form around the area this company is located do yourself a favor and look elsewhere this is not a company you want to up root your family and move across country for.
