All the bids were about the same from 3 reputable groups. I liked Jack, who I believe is the owner, personally bid the job. He was super upfront, matter of fact and professional. I am very happy with the work and result. Jack was thorough and great with communication throughout. I think among everyone I've worked with in this project, JK communication was at or near the top which is huge. I would highly recommend Outdoors by JK, and I am now using them for lawn treatments as well.
